They get the maiz from Mexico. Nixtamalize it themselves. Grind, make the masa then make tortillas. Few people are doing this like them in Dallas. More folks should.

Been a repeat customer for breakfast at their Wayward Oakcliff pop up since March 2023. Olivia and Jonathan, who run the operation, are so friendly, and always greet you with a smile. I've tried all of their breakfast tacos, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite would have to be the guajillo chicken taco (so flavorful). The carnitas and wagyu suadero tie for my 2nd favorite. And if you're vegetarian or are looking for a lighter option they also make a very tasty veggie taco (the veggies can vary based on the season). Fun fact: they grow their produce on their own farm. I just love how Olivia's mind works to create these gourmet but still authentic Mexican dishes. It is no wonder Olivia has been nominated for a James Beard Award! She is so sweet and humble. I definitely need to try one of their lunch or dinner pop ups. I'll happily support this business every chance I get.

If I could give MO 10 stars, I would. Incredibly delicious food from two food entrepreneurs that are passionate about their craft and ensuring community and happiness through cuisine. Jonathan and Olivia are equally impressive in putting on a pop up experience as they are doing customizable high end catering. I can’t recommend them and their food enough!

Mexican cuisine doesn’t get any better than Molino Oloyo. They are using the very best masa which in turn makes the best tacos, quesadillas, and sopes. The food is so delicious, creative and amazing. You are in for a treat when you dine with them.

We went to an event with their tasting menu, and it was absolutely amazing. Each dish was delicious and unique. It was the perfect balance of flavors, and the dishes all complemented each other. It was the perfect amount of food as well - we left perfectly full but not uncomfortable. I cannot recommend them enough. It was truly an unforgettable dining experience, thank you!!
