Taste wise flavor was there but it was either not done or burnt! My broccoli was hard and burnt and my rice is not done at all. It’s hard! Bought two bowls for me and fiancée on Easter and this is very ridiculous. Very unsatisfied it’s normally cooked to perfection

We went to the commerce to eat at a different restaurant and did not have a good experience. Tony D. stepped up and was so willing to help and made us some amazing food! The cauliflower is amazing and the bowl with white rice was perfect. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area!

I have tried them many times and it’s horrible. Ever since they got new management the food has been trash with no flavor. Bring the crew back when you guys first opened. I have tried the location in California and it’s delicious but this location sucks bad.

i have seen this place on uber eats for a few months and decided to try tonight. i read a few reviews before ordering and set my expectations accordingly. i am so glad i had a different experience! i ordered the impossible beef plate with broccoli and sweet potatoes and omg. the impossible beef was SO good and the scallion rice was cooked perfectly. i got fries as well (perfectly cooked and seasoned) with a few sauces to try and they were all so good and unique. the sweet bbq sauce was delicious on the impossible beef & rice. i actually ordered the plate with spicy special sauce and it was somehow left out of the bag, but i didn’t even miss it between the bbq, gochujang sauce, and ranch. i can’t wait to order again!Dietary restrictions: great for vegans!

I tried moonbowls about 2 weeks ago for the first time. To be honest, it wasn't good. The chicken had no flavor, and it was tough. Overall, my bowl just wasn't good. But I decided to try it again today, and man, it was so disappointing. I don't know what I'm supposed to order to get a good bowl, but I keep striking out. I ordered 2 bowls today. One was definitely supposed to have roasted broccoli, and this broccoli wasn't roasted ? . These bowls have no seasonings, no flavor, not even the rice.Try this if you're interested. Your experience may be different. But it's a no again for me. I've wasted money twice.
