I have bought coffee from here multiple times a day since it’s connected to the conference hall I am meeting in this week. The service has been quick and the baristas are kind and helpful. I think this place should be rated higher than it is!

This is a two star review because things definitely could have been better at this coffee shop. I would like to start with the positives however because the employees and the shop were clean and nice and the shop is conveniently located in the Omni Hotel lobby level by the parking garage elevators.
First, the people here are very friendly and attentive. They were happy and upbeat, and willing to explain all of the menu offerings. The store itself was very clean and there were napkins, plasticware, and milk/sugar options directly behind the ordering counter so it was a very well-constructed setup and convenient layout.
The bad part strictly deals with the coffee itself.
My wife ordered a cappuccino and I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. The cappuccino was VERY bitter, too bitter for my wife in fact. She couldn't drink it even after adding nearly half a cup of milk. I am a black coffee enjoyer, and even I thought the cappuccino bitterness was of jet-fuel levels after the milk was added so I could see why she didn't like it.
My Nitro Cold Brew that I ordered was the worst coffee I've ever purchased. I hate writing that about any product but it's true. The Nitro Cold Brew upon receiving it looked like dirt. It smelled terrible. Upon drinking it to try it, the drink was not cold and the taste was less than desirable. I let my wife smell and try it and she said it looked awful, smelled like alcohol, and was literally undrinkable for her. I took the Nitro Cold Brew back to my room to pour it out, which I despised doing with the drink being $7. I drank my wife's cappuccino strictly for the caffeine, as she wasn't going to pour it out before I convinced her not to and I had already poured the Nitro Cold Brew down the sink.
This coffee shop is convenient and has nice employees and ambiance, but the coffee itself needs a lot of quality work and is the main reason this review is only two stars.

BUYER BEWARE!! Used tap to pay and it worked for me. But failed for them. So they said “oh use this other register. I looked at my bank account and I was already charged! I was like you’re not going to charge me again. And had to show them my personal bank account information.

A solid spot to start your day if you’re staying at the Omni!
Their coffee drinks are great (I highly recommend the honey lavender latte), and they also have some snacks for breakfast!
They’re quick to serve as well. There was a long line, but I really wanted a latte so I decided to just be patient if I needed to be. I was impressed with how quickly the line moved even though they were busy!
Thanks for taking care of us this week! We look forward to seeing you guys again!

clean rooms and friendly maid service the staff was friendly and very helpful I had a maid see me struggling with my luggage and grabbed it and just took it where I was going I have met some of the most nice people hear in Dallas Texas

It's weird but my favorite part this time was the Floor to Ceiling Windows. I so enjoyed watching Dallas Traffic and the amazing storm light show added with the lights on the building. Viewing it all from my nice comfy bed. Did I mention that awesome BBQ Burger at the Owners Box...LOL

Great little selection of sandwiches and salads, along with fruit cups. They make Expresso drinks here and also have ice cream sandwiches.
Great customer service! Staff went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect.
