Service was slow, steaks over cooked, they did not serve us bread while we waited forever for our salads and food.Asked for bread only for them to tell, then they were out of bread. Mind you, the restaurant was not packed or busy for you to be out of bread on a Saturday night. Macaroni was horrible.Overall experience was not good. First and last time, I will not be back.

We had such a great experience here. We truly felt like VIP customers. The food was wonderful and cooked perfectly. Steak was tender, lobster was tasty, and bacon wrapped scallops are always to die for. We also got the corn, which was cheesy and so delicious.

We had a celebratory late night group dinner, honoring our friends engagement. The restaurant was phoned a day in advance to inquire if they would be able to accommodate our party size on such short notice. They were very receptive and agreed to host us and put our party down for an 8:45pm arrival. We arrived at the restaurant, where a beautiful secluded table was already prepared for our party. Some guest were a few minutes behind due to limited parking. The wait staff began to take drink orders. Of course we all LOVE the initial course offering of bread and butter. When we requested to have some bread brought to the table, we were informed "We ran out of bread." I was shocked that a substitute for the bread wasn't offered. Once the party had arrived in entirety, our food orders were taken. And brought out at all different times. Some guest had totally consumed their dinner as others were still waiting. Some food was fresh and hot, some slightly cold, some just room temperature. Steaks were over cooked and overall there were just more complaints than compliments. I personally ordered scallops paired with au-gratin potatoes as my meal. The 3 COLD, yet BURNT scallops were brought out and the potatoes may have been received 10 minutes later. Mortons is considered to be more of an high-end steakhouse and we all expected a bit more and probably won't be returning.

Restaurant is beautiful, service was awesome Henry is the best! The food was good but everything was so rich and everything but the rolls and asparagus was top rich for me. Now I go to very nice upscale restaurants and as expected some things are rich. But here EVERYTHING was lol!!! Didn't feel too good when I got home as well as my husband so will not be going back.

I’m sitting here at the restaurant right now as I write this review. The Chef is making me my partner so uncomfortable it’s an open kitchen and he is cursing and complaining. My partner and I asked for a to got plate for our driver whom asked for his steak to be well done. I guess that upset the chef and he’s being overly aggressive and loud because of that. We haven’t been on a date in so long because he is always working and so am I this is very disappointing. Our waitress Aj was so polite and sweet the hostess as well but the Chef is so nasty we would never come here again nor do we suggest it! The bartender made me a mocktail passion fruit mojito and as a former 12 year mixologist I’d say he can use some more training as well. Our ravioli also smelled way too fishy which means it’s not fresh and most likely not wild caught.

We walked in because the door was open, my friend needed to use the restroom. We almost got to the bathroom with no one stopping us and everyone saw us walk in. He was very rude, saying “ladies you can’t be here?”. I completely understand that it was closed but u believe it definitely could’ve been said nicer. We explained to him that it was an honest mistake and he proceeded to say we were not allowed in here, and that we even brought “outside drinks” (I had a boba) which made the situation worse. Like I said, I totally get that the restaurant was closed and that it was an honest mistake. But no one stopped us and I know for a fact other staff saw us and didn’t stop us, if my drink was such a big deal I would’ve thrown it away or left it outside, and what if my friend was on her period and needed to use the bathroom? Would y’all have just let her bleed out?

My wife took me to Mortons for my birthday. Dre was our waiter and the food and service were the best I have had. They make you feel extra special on your birthday and several of the staff came by and spoke. Dre is amazing and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Came here to celebrate a birthday and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. The menu had a special “Happy Birthday” message and the sweet hostess even offered to take our picture and printed it off and brought to our table. Dre was our server and was dead on with his recommendations! The best steak I have ever had and you must try the layonnaise potatoes! Sure wish we lived closer so we could enjoy this place more often! This is a definite stop if you’re anywhere close!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary there last night. The entire staff went above the norm to make us feel special. All of the food was delicious. We had soups, steaks, sides and dessert. I would highly recommend Morton's for a special occasion.

This was a terrible experience. The service from the time we walked in to the time we left was horrible. The only part that was good was the taste of the food (except the potato was hard) We are part of the Landry's club and we have ate at all landry's owned restaurants. Morton's was our first time to try it and will be the last. For a meal to cost $225.00 and to be treated like we were at McDonalds was mind blowing to us. Morton's your service is terrible and we will not be back there ever.
