Moxies Dallas Uptown Restaurant

The food was delicious but some of the dishes were way too salty. The place is beautiful inside and very well lit. The service is attentive.

Was surveying the McKinney Ave area and noticed poutine was on the menu of this establishment. As a Canadian this was a no brainer - as this is THE comfort food of a long day of work or partying for us. The poutine here was made with brown gravy, cheese curds, crispy-soft fries, and lightly salted as it should always be.

Overall I enjoyed the poutine here and would safely regard it as the best poutine in DFW. Would recommend to friends and family. And kudos to Taylor for exemplifying excellence in customer service with professionalism and understanding!

Went late and there was a decent crowd there. Pretty nice date night vibe, food was great.

Loved the power bowl great experience loved the scenery of the restaurant. Very clean and the waitress was amazing. I would recommend coming if you need a place to enjoy🙌

Arrived around 10pm for a drink and to go food with my girlfriend. Bartender was clearly bothered by our arrival 52 minutes before they closed. My to go orders came out soggy/wet. My poutine order came out with 2X the amount of fries that were all burnt crispy with little to no cheese curds. Instead of having the order remade the bartender brought me cold cheese curds for me to add myself. They obviously tried to pawn off the left over food from the end of the night on me instead of making my orders fresh. My tab was 200 after 2 drinks each for my girlfriend and I only to be served old soggy overcooked and reheated food. The bartender also thought it was a good idea to text on her phone behind the bar directly infront of us and not even check on us while doing so. Worst experience at a moxies I’ve ever had.

We came on a whim late at night. I felt underdressed but the staff here were still very accommodating. They gave us a great table and service.

I came here recently for the first time for a date and this place was perfect for it! Wanted to come here and shoutout Colten - he took care of us greatly and made the experience super smooth! Food was amazing, atmosphere was amazing, the decorations are beautiful. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the ambiance, food, and service!! I gave 3 stars for food because there was something floating inside my water glass. Then my sprite had something floating in it. That was disappointing with everything else being top notch!! Other than that 👍🏾

We had a party of about 15 for Mother's Day. The atmosphere, the staff...10 out of 10. The FOOD!!..... I had the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni. It sounded really good while reading the menu. This was BY FAR the worst thing I've ever been served at a restaurant. It was flavorless, severely underseasoned, bland as HELL. The best thing on my plate was the bread and the cheese they shaved on top of the pasta. Horrible!! The same can be said about the Red Thai Curry that my daughter ordered. Disgusting. She was so mad, she wanted to yo to McDonald's when we left. They don't believe in seasonings. We had to ask for salt just to tolerate a few bites. HOW are people eating this stuff??? But yeah, the atmosphere, staff, and vibe were excellent. They can't cook worth a damn!!!!

visited from atlanta, ava was my server she was sweet and the manager david was so kind and accommodating. i enjoyed my ribeye as well :)

Service was slowest ever in 2 lunches in past week!
The food was good, but 10 minutes to get water. 10 more minutes to get a soda. Lemons never came. 45 minutes to get food with no appetizers. 10 more minutes to check out. They were very understaffed, but the wait staff was friendly. Not their fault. 1.5 hours for water, 1 soda and 3 simple meals for 3 people.
