Quiet location, though once in a while there’s a group of ladies and guys having big, loud laughs—which I actually enjoy seeing. That’s what a coffee shop is meant for. I just wish the gossiping could be a little quieter sometimes; I don’t really need to hear everyone’s business.
Overall, it’s a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because they carry fewer bread options than the Carrollton location, so even if you go early, some items may already be out, or they may not have bread available right at opening.

I was disappointed with the milk tea here. Both times I ordered, the cup was not filled to the top (see photo), which made it feel like I wasn’t getting a full drink for the price ($7.31). I wasn’t sure if this was intentional, but since it’s happened twice now, it’s concerning. Could it be because I asked for “less ice”? I know Mozart in Carrollton does not do this. The flavor was okay, but the portion issue makes me hesitant to come back. Hoping this can be improved.

I visited this bakery waiting for a Lyft ride and decided to pop in to kill time, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who is a Black minority. They were racist towards me, I was attempting to use their WiFi and they stopped it so I couldn’t use it. They even called me a monkey, which is very interesting considering this is an Asian establishment. Overall wouldn’t recommend, this business is full of troubled souls.

There was a lady that come in and started making my drink without washing her hands and when I questioned it she washed her hands but when she handed me my drink she rolled her eyes and I said thank you she didn't respond back.

Witnessed a worker come in and went straight to work making drinks without washing her hands; and the other worker couldn't keep her hands off her face and out her hair that wasn't pulled back and she was handling food and the register, no gloves. Changed my mind about ordering due to cleanliness.

I got 3 pastries & a boba tea…$28 later. The sign doesn’t say the boba is extra. So I paid $7.50 for a mediocre taro milk tea (no actual tea in their version) and their kiosk ‘somehow’ automatically added a 20% tip to my card. When asked about a refund, they made it seem like it was a big process. I wish I’d just given it all back to them and waited for the refund…worst $30 lunch break.
