If you get the thick Detroit style Pizza, some of the dough will be uncooked, and it is all chewy like chewing gum, just because they don't even know how to properly cook a Pizza for the amount of time and at the temperature that it's supposed to be done. No surprise there. You'll be pulling out soft chewy little globs of dough from your Pizza like as if they were pieces of chewing gum. It's really dumb. I don't even know why they opened the restaurant in the first place. If they can't even properly, prepare a Pizza. Any Pizza place that serves you Pizza with uncooked dough doesn't deserve to stay in business. I mean, that is horrible service, to The community and you will probably make someone sick by doing that. I had even put a tip on my order, and that was a mistake.

Gave me spoiled chicken and when I called back to let him know immediately started making excuses and hung up on me after he said he was going to check it, advised no refund I wasn't happy all I got was what he couldn't do....I work and spent 32.00 on 2 items one of which was no good, sad to say that this is how people conduct business, wil be my last time coming here....advise not to do business with them, prices aren't the best and there service was horrible.

Pizza ingredients were good, pizza crust was crispy and the cheese caramelized. The problem was that the toppings were not spread well. (See photo) In one side there was over 2 inches from the edge to the toppings. Because everything was towards the center of the pizza, the bottom cheese never melted. Each bite was filled with raw(unmelted cheese). Cook needs to learn to spread to the edge.
Interior feels like a prison cell. Bare walls and only a small window to talk to person taking your order. Some wall art would go a long way in making the waiting area feel normal. Perhaps a fake plant
Service was OK. Used the app and found no discounts, once order was placed the app never indicated that the order was placed. I went inside and the person behind the wall confirmed the order.
I might try again in a few months to see if there is any improvement, but for the PRICE I suggest going elsewhere.

Once I heard that there was a Mr Jim's Pizza in the area on Elam Rd, in Dallas, Texas. Customer service was great and very helpful. Sadly what are the items they did not have on the menu was the sandwiches that the old Mr Jim's that was located in Balch Springs had at one time wasn't available for purchasing. I ordered two large pizzas and they were decently priced as well as a salad. The food was hot an accurate as depicted in the description of the food items on the menu. Our dinner that night was very delicious and we will be visiting the establishment again in the future.

Guys the pizza is so good. Remind me of my childhood we loved it. I’m so glad there is a location closer to home now. I’m definitely going back them. The only they don’t take Apple Pay 🥲 so remember to have cash or card. I definitely will be back!!!
