The Suya is delicious. I haven’t been during the evening in a while. They have done some renovations things look nice. The service can be slow but they have always been friendly.

The atmosphere doesn't match the name. The server didn't have good listening skills and the music was too loud without the proper sound system it was annoying.

I had a deeply disappointing and disturbing experience at this restaurant. Not only was the food subpar — we found hair and even what looked like a piece of a hairnet in our egusi soup — but the behavior of the staff, especially the so-called manager, was beyond unacceptable.
While my 5-year-old cousin was quietly relaxing, a very tall man claiming to be the manager aggressively approached him, shouted, “What are you doing there? Get up!” and even laid hands on the child. There was no explanation, no apology — just complete disregard for boundaries and decency.
To make matters worse, I noticed the manager speaking in an uncomfortable and overly familiar manner to female customers, particularly those younger than him. As a woman, I found this behavior unsettling and inappropriate.
This place isn’t just unhygienic — it feels unsafe. If you value your peace, your dignity, and your appetite, I strongly recommend trying other African restaurants that actually respect their guests and serve decent food. This one will test your patience and more.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The manager was unbelievably rude and showed no compassion at all. He shouted at my 3-year-old nephew just for behaving like a normal child. The poor boy broke down in tears, and the entire experience was completely ruined. I came with my family, eight of us in total..and I deeply regret ever stepping in. Seeing my nephew that upset shattered my night. We couldn’t take it anymore and left the restaurant, abandoning our order. Truly unacceptable behavior. Won’t recommend here please..Aso rock is just right across the street and they’re wayyy better and affordable
What a time I had. Definitely will be my go-to. It has grown folks' energy! Come out and have a good time with me! I also perform there every now and again!
BEST SUYA PLACE 👌
Pool tables are scrappy but the atmosphere is very chill. The only waitress/bartender that i have had a good experience is Ashley! Ashley is the total package!
I went on a Saturday night. There are two clubs in one. Afrobeats on one side, and R&B music on the right side. Both sides have a great atmosphere, but the right side is where the DJ is making everyone dance and have a good time. The bartender have high spirits, very friendly with a smile and she made me the best Rum Punch. I will definitely be going back.
