Been coming here since 2019. I love this place, but it has gone downhill. The hose has been damaged and leaking for weeks, has yet to be replaced (a quick trip to Home Depot could do it, folks). They are regularly out of dog treats (there's a Petsmart across 75, but I guess that's too difficult). Dogs regularly come in with BALLS. People come in eating food. Sometimes they catch them, more often than not, patrons have to TELL the bark rangers to get these people out...
Mutts is a delightful oasis nestled in the heart of downtown Dallas, perfect for both you and your furry companions. I discovered this gem by chance and was immediately impressed. The dog park is exceptionally well-maintained, ensuring your pup has a safe and fun time.

Management seems to have buckled down on aggressive dogs. All but one of the reviews complaining about aggressive dogs were posted two or more years ago. And the one review from a few weeks ago did not mention any specific incident.
We all had a good time, and I highly recommend taking the free M-line trolley (streetcar) for a ride through the city or to Klyde Warren Park. Dogs are allowed on the streetcar.
