I hate to leave a review like this, but after giving it a second try, it’s just not it. The burger was soggy and completely drenched. Fries, though crispy, were cold. Do yourself a favor and go to the location in Chicago. I’ve been there five times and never had a bad experience.

I honestly can’t tell you what the burger tasted like because it was so smothered in onions, it masked all the flavor impact. I love jalapeños and pickles but I came for a burger. No idea what kind of meat is on one so why waste the money on waygu?
The fries are great. The pricing is high but not crazy. I’d say it was pretty much a fail and there are too many options to rethink our choice.
Day was the best attribute of the place. He was welcoming and on it. I did ask about the onions but he didn’t say you get 6 ounces of meat and 12 ounces of onions! Probably want to rethink the messaging and the mix. Wow.

Texas FOOD is absolutely suck a$$$$$$$$ . I spend over $60 for 2 tiny burgers 🍔 the burger was super greasy and too much sauce . I rather go to 5 guys . I cannot find a good pizza 🍕 joint or good Chinese food sigh

Love the scene here — you’re hit with the mouthwatering smell of wagyu beef sizzling on the flat top the moment you walk in. The whole operation is on full display, and it’s a show. The food is top quality, packed with flavor, and perfectly sloppy in the best way. And the fries? Unreal — fried in beef tallow and ridiculously good. A must-try spot in Austin.
