French dip is the best I have eaten from any other place. Very laid back and comfortable environment. Staff and service is fast and amazing. The chef loves to impress.
Went with a party of 10. Great service and the food was delicious. Definitely return.

We always sit at the bar, so that's the area of the restaurant my review is related to.
Ashley - the manager (formerly bar tender extraordinaire) has become a friend. (No we aren't drunks or even weekly or monthly regulars.) But we converse she remembers us.
The atmosphere is light, conversational, (no loud music), can watch a couple of games, and the good is outstanding. There are some standards on the menu, but they always mix things up with a special and the occasional revised menu.
It's a place we can always take friends because it's consistently delicious.

Sat at the bar and took the bartender almost 20 minutes to acknowledge
He seemed flustered and disheveled even though it wasn't really that busy
Amazing selection of bourbon and very decently priced i would have stayed and drank more but they did last call on the early side which the bartender expressed his affinity for.
Got the Cauliflower bang bang. The pieces were large and had to cut them in half to eat but the sauces were great on it and I liked the crunch too
The pastrami reuban was delicious, I wish the meat was higher quality and had more flavor but the sandwich itself was nice with the slaw and krout
Fries were nicely seasoned. I think they actually cut and prep them in house is wish they were slightly crispier but only if being picky.
I wanted something fun to dip them in but the bartender just had ketchup behind the bar
Overall food once I got it ordered came out quick the staff was friendly and I would give it another try for sure

I like the atmosphere. There are lots of windows so lots of natural light comes through while you eat. The staff was nice and attentive. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was fried perfectly, the mash potatoes were delicious, and the gravy was tasty along with the asparagus. I also tried the Yuzu Frozen Marg and that was really good too, I highly recommend it. I also did try the Butterscotch Brûlée and it was so good. I recommend this place. I would come back.

I went there in April for a concert and let me tell you I had the best steak sandwich of my life. I believe it was one of their specials and now I dream about that sandwich every week lol. I wish I would have gotten my servers name. He was so friendly and attentive ... He had long red hair. Can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks.

We love National Anthem and went to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. They completely spoiled us all with complimentary appetizers and desserts. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and we rolled ourselves out.
My wife and I routinely stop at National Anthem after doctor's visits at UT Southwestern, and ever since our first visit we have been consistently WOW-ed and, indeed, almost over-satisfied with excellent portions of delicious elevated traditional American and New Southern cuisine from exquisite deviled eggs to a truly masterful chicken cordon bleu sandwich that eats like a proper supper. The bar menu is likewise impeccable, and the rotating surprises of a sizable collection of truly enormous and hearty sandwiches and large plates will have you coming back for lunch and dinner! A must stop when downtown! Bravo! Eddie & Lacy
Soggy egg rolls, dry meat balls. Ordered sandwich DJ, had to be returned. Truly was inedible. Got Caesar salad with steak added, ok at the most. We really enjoyed this place previously and not so much any more. Employees are not professional, dry, and careless. Love Flavorhook restaurants, but this one is now a bust.

For a Wednesday night, I was disappointed with the level of service. The place was not very busy, yeat at every turn, the service was just out of sync and a step below good service. Folks were not rude or anything, they just weren't attentive and seemed very in the weeds when they shouldn't be.
Great atmosphere and unique location. Value for money was a bit pricey, but the other elements more than made up for the markup
Vegetarian options: Not much in terms of variety, but the Grain Bowl was very palatable

I came here to work midday and was told National Anthem does not share their WiFi network and password with the public.
This was unfortunate because that was the entire reason I stopped by! I noticed previously there were numerous outlets at the bar so thought it would be the perfect place to bring my laptop for a little break from my apartment. The place is well lit with floor to ceiling windows which was another big draw for me.
However, no WiFi, in my opinion, is a huge miss. Hope this changes soon so I can come back more frequently.

Food was absolutely delicious with good portions and great service! Our waiter Zach was personable and very timely with everything! Would come back & would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area!
Parking was a bit of a challenge but right next door was parking for 12 hours for $5 so it wasn’t too bad.
