We had outstanding service from our waiter, Drew, who helped us out with some dietary restrictions. The french fries are delicious as an appetizer and everyone enjoyed their entrées. We like this restaurant because it has a nice convivial feel to it.

Sleek looking place. Pretty good service in fact, but maybe, just maybe, the reason you were 2/3 empty while practically every place in Addison around you is full and almost impossible to get into is the simple fact you can’t even cook a steak. Both of the steaks at our table weren’t close to cooked as ordered. And a classic Manhattan or old-fashioned that was at best a one and a quarter or one and a half ounce? I don’t pay $16 for wimpy drinks. Obviously, somebody isn’t paying attention to basics. Won’t be back.

The food and atmosphere was excellent!! I will definitely go here again. I made reservations, but what I did not know is if you want an actual table in the main part of the restaurant you need to put that in the comments as you make your reservation. We were seated at a high top in the bar area, which was a little bit louder . Our female server was a bit aggressive and pushy. Which made us feel rushed.

What has happened to you guys? What used to be a very good dining experience has devolved into less than mediocre. Our server was disinterested, although he did warn us that the daily hand cut noodle "sucks today." Kept getting our drink orders wrong too. Appetizers were bad. The crispy asparagus was anything but crispy: oily, limp, and bland. The crab dip that used to be so good is now a tiny portion, served with salsa out of a jar. The combination doesn't work, at all. Tried to order the Thursday special (pot pie), but it was 86ed by 7pm. Really? Then we were told the raw bar chopped salad wouldn't have any crab....because you were out of crab. The greens were limp, the Louie dressing was watery, but somehow overdressed. The filet was fine, but it doesn't seem like a $50 entree. I know this location has never been as good as your original location on Lovers, but this was an epic failure. Bad food, uninspired service at a premium price. Obviously, Mr. Badovinus doesn't pay any attention to what's going on in this restaurant.

Although I confirmed by phone, as well as an internet search, when I arrived I was told the restaurant did not allow dogs on the patio. Problem number 1. First set of cocktails arrived incorrect. Waiter then took appetizer order for two people only in and walked away, ignoring the other two. Only one appetizer arrived. I ordered the Wagyu Chicken Fried Steak which was tasty but certainly not worth the price. The meat was pounded extremely lean and not overly tender or tasty. Waiter never returned for additional drink orders. All in all, this particular Neighborhood Services was really disappointing. The patio lacks any kind of atmosphere as well. I will not recommend this location
It is okay, cocktails are not that good but the food is pretty good, kinda pricey for it is in my opinion.

Great food. Crudo, bacon eggs and mahi mahi with grits were delightful. Matthew and the rest of the service staff were courteous, timely and took excellent care of us. This is our favorite date night spot and we'll be back.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience with my significant other. Matthew was extremely helpful and informative. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was outstanding, and the Prime rib I had was perfect. Will definitely be back for another date night.
