I was disappointed that you did not have gluten free options. The note at the bottom of the menu regarding food allergies is flippant and disrespectful. The wait staff is not trained in those conversations.
NHS consistently provides great service delicious food and a warm and comfortable atmosphere to dine with friends. We love this place and will always be coming back as it is one of our favorites. 
As a long time patron of two other NHS, the Oak Lawn location was a far cry from our usual, very consistent experience. The restaurant is too large, losing the intimacy that makes the other locations feel, well, like a neighborhood joint. The service was patchy on a crowded Satuday night -- it was really difficult to get a drink, both while waiting at the bar and then later through the waitress who herself was being denied by the bar tenders.
