I love every other Nekter location. They’re usually very fresh and delicious with polite and helpful employees. This location is running some kind of scam. They ran my card and then for some reason only charged the tip and then they told me oh it didn’t go through. You need to pay again. So I paid it again, but I made sure not to tip. They were trying to get a double tip from me! I’ve never encountered blatant merchant dishonesty like this. I get that businesses down because of all the construction on Snyder Plaza but that shouldn’t mean that they try to finesse someone for a double tip. Someone not paying attention easily could have ran their card a second time not realizing that they did in fact take the tip out out of the first card swipe. Honestly, I hope a district manager looks into this because it’s not the way to treat people. Even if your business is down, it doesn’t mean you should try to finesse people for double tips.

I’m a fan of the fresh juices, the staff are always so kind! I don’t get out to snider plaza a lot but when I do I pay a visit for a fresh drink in a chill, low stakes, non-stuffy environment 💗 I love that if you put ice in your juice they’ll go up a size, so you’re truly getting a 16 oz, 24 oz of juice when they put it in a cup size larger

I wouldn’t go here for the atmosphere unless you like the sound of loud blenders and juicer but everything is made fresh, it’s healthy, and the team is always nice.
Ordered the flamingo drink and dairy free ice cream. It was really yummy and came out quickly. The owner was amazing, he came out to explain the menu. Very welcoming environment.

The reason I am giving 2 stars is not because of quality or customer service. It is because of the OWNER.I have been going to this branch for my juice for many months now and I hate the days when the owner is there. An elderly Asian lady who treats the staff like slaves. She is always yelling at them and speaking in a very bad manner. Just witnessed this same behavior again 2 days ago and I decided to write this review.I know this is a franchise, but I strongly believe Nekter has operating standards that all owners should abide by. If I see her speaking to the staff like this again, I will make it my duty to report her to Nekter company.Very Shameful...

Although these people use fresh fruit and vegtables, I would suggest you buy your own juicer. $17.00 for a large juice and $10.00 for a bottle of juice is not only outrageous....These people who own this place WON'T TAKE CASH. Please take notice, this is the way to slavery by the bank. Please so NO to "NO CASH"!!!!! For you and for your children!!!!!!! Boycott this business until they take cash also.
