Terrible service! Why do I have to first look for an employee just to be added to an online queue and then wait 20–25 minutes when I only need to buy capsules? I don’t need any consultation or anything else — just capsules. It used to take less than 10 minutes even on weekends

This experience happened not too long ago, but it has been bothering me since. I stopped by the store with my mother and wanted to see the different offerings of coffee and merchandise. My mom got very excited when she saw an adorable to go iced coffee cup. I went up to an associate that originally had greeted me and let him know I was ready to make a purchase. I felt a bit weird because all of the associates were in deep conversation and were not checking with us if we had any interest in the products. He said “oh okay, let me see if someone can check you out.” He proceeded to ask two people who said they’re about to go on their break, and then kept passing it around. He proceeded to conversate with two other associates and ignored us. My mom just wanted to purchase one cup. We had a bad taste in our mouths, excitement turned to confusion and disappointment. My mom, feeling like a burden, said “nevermind, I think we’re okay”, and left the store. She had never reacted like that before. She expressed to me she felt like a burden and that everyone was so unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. There was only us and two other shoppers in the store, very outnumbered by the amount of associates on the floor. These people need to seriously tighten up, they cannot deliver the one thing their job title requires them to, SELL THE PRODUCTS ON THE FLOOR. Not one person had initiative.
This is not a luxury store!! We should be able to go in, get in line, and buy pods! Instead here I am standing around for 20 minutes, while I wait in a “queue” all for coffee!

I liked nespresso store and I gave this 5 stars until yesterday's situation. I came to buy coffee, but it turned out they don't accept Discover. All the stores do, but this one doesn't! Super weird! Then I had to transfer the money to another card (not my card), omg ! and in the end, with a baby in my arms, I finally bought this coffee!

I love Nespresso but will pay for shipping from now on to avoid the chaos. It was so overwhelming as soon as you walk in. You have a bunch of employees standing around as well as a lot of customers. My friend and I waited for 15-20 minutes before even knowing there was a digital line. There are no signs, it’s super overwhelming and takes forever even after you get on the list. I would just buy your pods online it will save you the headache.

Untrained employee working in the store. He doesn’t know how to inputting the customer phone number…bad thing is he asked to help lady( thing store manager) she didn’t help him and customer well. I was waiting to orders over10min… not busy Thursday morning.
Never visit the store anymore.Order online!!!!

Came for the pods and ended up doing a class on the many features and flavors with Matea. If you haven't taken her class I highly suggest to you run not walk to learn about the many blends and flavors. Beyond her class evey rep in Nth Park are truly lovely to work with and I appreciate their patience with me.

I’ve come here to purchase a few times in person and usually have no issues - not sure if it’s the impending holiday season or what, but the woman behind the counter with glasses was rude and will treat you like you’re getting in the way of her day. No one checked me in either, as they have done in previous visits. Totally turned me off and I ended up leaving - I’d rather pay shipping online than feel like an inconvenience in person. Most of the employees I’ve interacted with here have been kind in this past, so this experience was unexpected and ill received.
Fully get what you are trying to do with this new store experience but as a I stand here looking at 4 registers, when I think before you had 6, I can’t imagine this is hitting the mark you wanted. I’m sure the hope is people would now stand around and browse the store, but you can’t really because without a line everyone is standing around blocking everything. And with a line atleast I know where I’m am in the queue. In the past I’ve stood around for 15 mins and to not know if you are next is frustrating. The only time I’ve seen this store work is when it’s not crowded (today is one of those days) I can’t imagine how this will be come Xmas time. Finally, the one plus, the staff is great. They are doing their best with the processes they’ve been given.

Staff at the front needs to be trained to be nicer and greet people. They are rude and do not help new customers. Checkout person was very kind unlike them. Do better.

I came here recently and I really enjoyed my experience throughout my visit! It was my first time here so I did ask for some assistance and suggestions, and this very nice young lady named Ari with curly black hair guided me. She was a huge help and she gave me some excellent recommendations, the coffee here is divine!!! Overall, the ambiance of nespresso at northpark is amazing and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I can't wait to go back to try some of the drinks I didn't try and to be helped by the amazing staff there like the young lady ari who helped me out!
