Wow! I just fell in love with this place after my first visit. So many things to love about this place! I am feeling sorry for past me for all the times she could have had lunch here but didn’t because she didn’t know it existed. This place rocks!!! I have been coming to Neuhaus cafe regularly for their slices of cake to go. Almost $9 per slice is practically highway robbery but the cake is good and the portion sizes were acceptable until tonight. I’m not normally the type to say something at a restaurant but being that I like this place and wanted to come back I figured I would politely say something. When I walked back up to the counter to let the girl working know that the slice was a lot smaller than normal she told me it was pre cut offered me another one of the exact same size and stated “there is nothing I can do”. “Okay” I said and walked out.. My favorite part is that as I was leaving the girl said to another customer “the slice of cake wasn’t big enough for her” very professional. I tried to give this establishment the opportunity to correct the issue and needless to say I’m very saddened with the response. I will be buying my $9 cake slices elsewhere from now on.

Very small. Ordered the hotdog and it was totally microwaved. The bun was hard as a rock. Offered to fix it but I didn't want another microwaved one.

Today for lunch we ordered from here to be delivered. First time ever to eat here. From ordering to delivery everything was good, even had a couple items that were customized and everything was correct, nothing wrong. I always feel a lot of restaurants lack in delivering and don’t always get things correct, so huge A+ in that category. The food was fresh and tasted very good. I had the BLT, vegetables were fresh and crisp, and bacon was nice and crispy just like I like on a BLT. As you can see in the pic, they do put a nice amount of bacon on it. Not too much to overpower the lettuce and tomato though. Great first impression, will definitely eat from this place more.
