Let me start of by saying: local Dallas residents really should know how lucky they are to have place like Ngon nearby. I was in recently on business and made my pilgrimage to Noon (an absolute must if you're in the area). Everything we ordered was fantastic. I recently visited Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen, a Vietnamese restaurant that was recently awarded the Bib Gourmand distinction, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!
The pho had an incredibly clean and flavorful broth, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in my mouth with no trace of gaminess. The spring roll vegetables were incredibly fresh, and the peanut sauce was perfectly rich and delicious.

The food was amazing!!! Definitely authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Looks like we found a new pho spot. We didn’t make reservations for Fridays dinner but they were about able to seat us. The only available option was a high table , which is really not kids friendly but we winged it anyways. FYI you can make reservations on google maps. Highly suggest that if you have younger kids!
