The food was excellent ! The service is the best ! The same host and waitress have been there a while . They make you feel comfortable and relaxed . I had the Shrimp and Crab Louis salad ! It's a little pricey at $42.09 but it's pretty seasoned and very fresh . It truly has the New Orleans vinaigrette that lightly coated the lettuce and seafood . Of course their chicken broth is delicious and my other favorite is the popover with strawberry butter that comes with every meal ! And please taste your food before you season even if you think it looks plain .... It's why you pay these prices for perfectly turned out food ! And try going for their afternoon tea !

Special place to make memories. Enjoyed a lunch with my niece celebrating her promotion. Chef substituted with salmon instead of lump crab(shellfish allergy) eggs benidect was delicious. Niece enjoyed avocado toast with salmon. Enjoyed chamomile tea. They started the lunch with warm chicken broth and popovers w/strawberry butter. Yum. Would love to try the tea party next visit as it looked so inviting. Great service without interruption:) Thank you for the memories

Our group of 9 people had a very good Brunch yesterday, with the exception of the lukewarm popovers, which were a definite disappointment. Our Server, Evan, was excellent.

My shrimp tacos were super amazing!!! Everything was so delicious! My friend got the ginger salad and loved it. My dessert wasn't great (chocolate cake) so next time I will get the ice cream sundae. Definitely will come back!

I dine here every year when I'm in town for the holidays and each year the experience gets worse. I expect it to be overpriced b/c it's Neiman's but Service was terrible. The server didn't check on us, didn't offer dessert or coffee, etc. Food was mediocre, Even the hot tea was like dishwater. Better food options for the price in the mall.

The NM Cafe is a great place to have a lively lunch with good good and still be able to visit without loudness or crammed together tables. HOWEVER, the tables are a bit too spaced out and sized for larger groups so the 4 at a table is too spread out. Also, the chairs are too heavy to move easily. Someone who selected the recent addition of tables and chairs did not think through the practicality of who the usual diners are.
The personal service is impeccable. The food was superb and the atmosphere is always uplifting.

Neiman's upstairs is always nice for a quiet lunch to celebrate a special occasion. The 3 salad entree (tuna, chicken & egg) is always good and I had leftovers to take home for lunch the next day.
