Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I’ve been coming here for a few years already and let me just say I wish I could put 10 stars!! Hue, Angie & Jasmine are incredible, honestly all of the baristas here treat you with so much care and consideration and they’re so fun to talk to.

This place looked similar to a small Starbucks except without customers. Walked in and the display for pastries was EMPTY. Completely EMPTY!!! And it looked dead and boring. Definitely a no place. I wanted to sit down & enjoy a coffee with a pastry while in @ NPM shopping. Total disappointments ?

Yesterday I went to get my drink at Ebar and whoever was at register around 1pm not even say hi or what do i want to get she/he just stared at me, I was about to say my order they started talking to each other and laughing which is fine if they keep the same attitude with customers but no started staring at me again!!! I was like ? are you taking my order or what?!! They all have bad attitude with customers

I usually order just one thing here—chocolate milk. I know it might seem childish, but it's my go-to at Ebar. I'm not a big coffee drinker, and when I visit places like this, I typically go for an Italian soda. The workers here are chill. They're not overly friendly, but they get the job done, which I respect.

The only thing keeping this place from getting a five-star review is the other customers. There's always a huge line because people can't seem to decide what to order until they get to the register, causing unnecessary delays. It's chocolate milk, not rocket science, after all. If I were a coffee drinker, I’m sure their coffee would be great. But as a chocolate milk enthusiast, I give Ebar four stars.

One of the worst experiences in a food/beverage establishment! First I’m at the counter waiting to place my order and a gentleman was standing behind the bake case eating a sandwich and failed to acknowledge me until he finished eating. Then walks over to the Register and not with a friendly Hello like I’m used to getting. But then I place my order and move along and as I’m waiting for my drink, I see the barista not attending to my order and he’s on his phone texting. And then when he realizes I’m standing waiting he starts to make my drink. As I only ordered a Americano one of the simplest drinks to make he then pours the espresso into the cup and places it on the counter. As I stand there in shock because the drink was not made fully. So I tell him that it’s Americano and he says “oh” then pours water into it and hands it over. I felt like something was off tonight or maybe no close supervision or a lack there of. There are many other coffee shops in this location to choose from like LaLa, which always has exceptional service! And then there’s Eataly, Starbucks, and Nespresso. I will second guess going here until they treat their loyal customers as a priority!

The latte with turmeric and honey was soothing … especially for my sore throat. Great option with pleasant selections while out and about shopping at the mall. ?Great service, quality, and atmosphere!

Coffee shop with delicious Cold Brew..Nordstorm is located before entering the first floor entrance, and there are tables inside and outside, so it's great to sit and relax and spend time.

It is a place that I love to go and enjoy our coffee, my husband and I regularly buy a coffee, and then we have a refill and we do it like this all the time, I didn't like the attitude of the girl who was at the register, I wonder If I had bought the previous coffee, of course I had, otherwise how could I dare to ask for more coffee. And of course he didn't believe me, he even gave it today's date 4-23-23 WOW that made me feel discriminated against maybe because I'm Hispanic. They must have good treatment for everyone.

Went in on a Sunday, and everyone was so patient with us while we were trying to figure out what to get. I got a Mango smoothie, Deviled Egg Salad, Some kind of pasta with chicken sausage, and avocado toast. I got the BLT wrap for my husband and the chicken cesar salad for a relative.We were all surprised with how good and fresh everything tasted! Most of it was pre made and sitting in the refrigerated section.Everything looked fresh and tasted great! Not one thing was bad.

I walked up and was disrespectful greted with "we're not taking anymore customers. We close in 10 minutes.... " how you turn a customer away from a coffee shop when you close in 10 minutes??????Horrible Service. But EATALY is up the way and had fantastic customer service and an awesome mocha...

Very reasonable price for their drink. I had peanut bar smoothie and I loved it. Their location is great and they have plenty of seating out of nordstrom next to the cosmetic department. Also they are so fast every thing is so clean. I loved it and I will definitely come back again.

Actually reasonable prices for drinks compared to other places.There is plenty of seating and the service was quick.

Delicious espresso beverages, I like their lavander chai with a shot of espresso as well. Good selection of snacks. Friendly staff.

I like their Cooki and cream Icestorm , snacks . Nice place to rest in after shopping at the mall. Good place to chill and chitchat with friends
