Service was trash the 2 girl cashiers that were working yesterday which is friday night we’re awful. You walk in and you don't even feel welcomed by the looks on their faces of misery. Spent $70 on cupcakes that are outstanding, definitely worth the drive. staff is just unpleasant and unwelcoming.

I am a big fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes but I am appalled and embarrassed at the service at this location. I went to this location after work in scrubs, the cashier asked if I was on my way to or from work and I told him I worked at a local hospital. He gave me some free bundlet coupons for my coworkers which I thought was SO kind and sweet. I handed them out to all my coworkers, but my coworkers black husband went back to this same location to use them he was told the coupons were fake and a scam and they refused to accept them. The coupons were in date and specific to this location and they were so rude to him about this, and completely wrong as well as they were given to me directly by one of their employees. None of my other non-black coworkers have had any issues with these coupons. I was so embarrassed that her family had this experience and will never return.

I have been coming here for years I usually change the nbc I go to depending in the area I’m at however I went in at 5:30 pm on 11/09 had the worst experience ever this bakery either needs to close down or needs to stop hiring entitled teenage kids. I had asked about the rewards she said she was not trained to put In the rewards into the system which if I’m honest is kind of frustrating because you expect for the cashier to at least know what the bakery offers. Ok that happened she threw the cakes into the bag and rolled her eyes I said “that is not the way you should treat your customers you should at least say thank you” and the 2 other employees started to gang up on me saying for what doing her job ? And both rolling their eyes the manager came out almost seemed scared of this employees she did not apologize whatsoever and the employees proceeded to say that I did not need to be there ? Like how are you going to say that if I’m a customer I was coming in because I had huge pregnancy craving for cake specially from nothing budnt cakes I decided to just get a refund and under their breath where talking about me. That is so unacceptable nothing Bundt cakes should really see what is going on their franchises and should not let their employees treat people this way. I will never be coming back I felt like I was getting bullied literally how hard was it for them to say how their rewards works. I’m sure they are going to keep this employees be littling customers.

I had such a fantastic interaction with Francisco when I came in earlier this evening for a few budntlets! After ordering, he asked me if I liked chocolate, which I do, and if I had any allergies, which I do not have. So he ended up giving me one of the seasonal flavors, a Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bundlet to try! It’s absolutely delicious but it also truly made my night. It was an absolute delight receiving such phenomenal service from Francisco.Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes and Francisco, I will definitely be back!

I had placed my order at the incorrect location. They were so nice about throwing together an order at the last minute due to my mistake! The place was busy the whole time I was there. Faith was so welcoming to everyone who came in and there was barely any wait for anyone.
The employees are so nice here! I placed an order for pickup the night before and staff was friendly and efficient to get me my order.
