5/5 Stars – Incredible Service from Zach! I walked into Nothing Bundt Cakes today with a simple mission: grab one Lemon bundt cake and head out. I ended up leaving with four, and I couldn't be happier about it! A huge shoutout to Zach, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly knows the menu inside and out. Based on his enthusiastic suggestions, I decided to add the Biscoff Cookie and Marble cakes to my order. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for Zach—he’s a rockstar! The cakes are, as always, moist and delicious, but it’s the top-tier service that will keep me coming back.

A close friend ordered some desserts for my birthday. I called the store and gave them more exact delivery info, but they failed to update it and delivered to the wrong address without contacting me. I called the store and told them I was willing to pick up a replacement in person. When I arrived, I overheard staff in the back accusing me of trying to get an extra order. Eventually the manager came out and handed me the replacement rudely, with no apology or explanation. Pretty disappointing.
The delivery fee has not been refunded.

This place can do no wrong ..the cakes are so good i drive 30 mins to get one and i will never order sprinkles or any other cake cupcake place but this place..im vegan and this is the perfect amount of sugar and icing ..vhange nothing..you guys are the hest ever!! Ask anyone.

Never ordering delivery from here again. Delivery drivers through Bundt cake were very rude and could not follow simple instructions. How many hospitals have multiple signs pointing to the emergency room? Literally every hospital in Dallas county does. Hospitals in different states do.. in and outside the country! A sign for emergency room is not hard to find! Both delivery drivers did not follow the huge red signs for emergency room entrance and instructions were on there verbatim twice. Delivery is freaking horrible. Thank you to the restaurant for service recovery and getting me my order for an employee leaving the hospital after 10 years.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always have a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cake! The staff are super friendly and helpful every time I visit. This is my fav Nothing Bundt Cakes location, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Quick service so you are in and out. I love that we are doing surprise flavors but you gotta be quick because they are gone before you know it, I absolutely love the pineapple upside down Bundt. Let’s be real though, they don’t produce a bad product! No matter what flavor I choose it’s always delicious and super fresh!!
