We had a problem with our delivery (Uber driver was responsible) and when I called to report my concern, they were professional, understanding, and went out of their way to correct the issue even though it was the delivery driver’s fault. So grateful for the great customer service - thank you!!

This is the second year I’ve reached out to this location to request a donation for Teacher Appreciation Week, which takes place in May. Unfortunately, both years have been disappointing due to what felt like a lot of back-and-forth and lack of follow-through.
This year, I personally delivered a donation request letter on official school letterhead and was asked to also fill out an in-store donation form and send a follow-up email to their White Rock location email. I completed all the requested steps back in March.
Last week, I followed up with a phone call. I identified myself and provided the date and time we were requesting the donation for. I was placed on hold, then told that donations aren’t given out in May. When I explained that my request had been submitted in March, I was again asked for my name and placed on another brief hold. I was then told the manager would be in on Saturday and that I would receive a follow-up call the following Tuesday.
I did receive a call from the store, but it felt very dismissive. The person on the line asked how she could help but didn’t introduce herself clearly. When I explained again that I was following up on a March donation request, she asked for my name and email, confirmed she could see my email, and said she would respond—but no email has been sent since.
What’s more concerning is that I know of other schools in the district who have received donations from this location without these kinds of delays or confusion. I couldn’t help but express that it feels like there may be some bias or unfair treatment going on, especially given the repeated dismissals and lack of communication I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, the call ended without resolution, and I still haven’t received any follow-up.
I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their communication, consistency, and equity when handling donation requests.

Why do you guys get rid of the good flavors so fast. But still have this nasty peanut butter Reese's cake.. The Key lime. You did away with in a couple of weeks... The banana pudding it's gone. But that nasty peanut butter Reese's been up for a couple of months I received the email... Come on now do better with the flavors...

Customer Service has decline a lot bur the cake are still good. They were playing with each other and when they to the back too get the cake one of them sneeze and the other said you going to make me sick that's nasty. Management needs to monitor this establishment.

I am surprised that the rating is lower than I expected. I have been coming to this store in casa linda for years now since moving here and I have never had any complaints. I've ordered both size cakes, bundlets, bundtinis. I usually order online and when I arrive there is never a wait to be serviced. Everyone is always very helpful and courteous. The cakes never disappoint, they are always delicious and very well priced compared to other bakeries around here! My only complaint is that the oreo flavor is not year round :( -- it has quickly become our family's favorite flavor. But that is not the store's fault. ;-)

All the girls working there are just on their phones and gossiping with one another. I waited 15 minutes at the counter until an annoyed looking girl with an attitude came to help. Cakes are still great but the service has gone downhill.

I recently ordered a cake for a Christmas party but when I picked it up, the cake was DRY and the frosting looked undesirable. The flag that was supposed to have my custom message said "Girl's night out" ??? I did have a small issue early in the year, but Alex got everything taken care of. I assume she no longer works here because someone else named Yolanda was there, I guess the new manager. The whole time she looked like she was just dismissing the problem. I had also caught her rolling her eyes at one point which I felt very offended. My issue was resolved, but I will never be coming here again if that's how this location will be handling their customer service. I'll be going to the Nothing Bundt Cakes on Preston from now on.

Walked in at 5:35 to order some birthday Bundtlets and asked if it could be wrapped and was told no because it’s too close to closing.Then I asked what if I order a dozen Bundtinis, can I get the toppers, and was told no because it’s too close to closing. So then I asked what if you sell me the wrapping separately and I wrap it myself and was also told no that’s not an option.I went ahead and got the bundlets without any wrapping and no toppers.But I can get over that what I can’t get over is the fact that there were plastic cake stands on a bottom shelf already knocked over by somebody else, and when I sent my kid down to pay, he walked over to them and almost touched one of them and she gasped. Oh my God, as if he is the one that knocked them over previously so she ran over to attempt to set them back up. She is ridiculous and I would be embarrassed to have her as my employee. Maybe if she watched the previous person as she watched him they wouldn’t have been knocked over in the first place.

I called this morning to verify our Gift of 30+ mini bundts were ready, it took them a minute to find the order but found it in their system and told me when I go pick up all I had to do was go in and provide the company name. I asked several time to make sure by the way. Not only did I waste my personal time, I also wasted personal money for an Uber. They were CLUELESS. I never purchase from Bundt cakes, this is the first and last time , NEVER again.
