All the girls working there are just on their phones and gossiping with one another. I waited 15 minutes at the counter until an annoyed looking girl with an attitude came to help. Cakes are still great but the service has gone downhill.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is our new go-to for gifting. They made the procedure flawless and this White Rock location even provided tracking and photo of our gift being handed off at the location. Thank you White Rock store! We will be repeat customers for sure!

Walked in at 5:35 to order some birthday Bundtlets and asked if it could be wrapped and was told no because it’s too close to closing.Then I asked what if I order a dozen Bundtinis, can I get the toppers, and was told no because it’s too close to closing. So then I asked what if you sell me the wrapping separately and I wrap it myself and was also told no that’s not an option.I went ahead and got the bundlets without any wrapping and no toppers.But I can get over that what I can’t get over is the fact that there were plastic cake stands on a bottom shelf already knocked over by somebody else, and when I sent my kid down to pay, he walked over to them and almost touched one of them and she gasped. Oh my God, as if he is the one that knocked them over previously so she ran over to attempt to set them back up. She is ridiculous and I would be embarrassed to have her as my employee. Maybe if she watched the previous person as she watched him they wouldn’t have been knocked over in the first place.

Went in to pick up order and it was chaotic, with three girls at each register, no line, but there were a group of customers, one group, at each register and nobody else in line.They were trying to fix something with the people in front of me, so they moved to the side and one of the girls asked if they could help me and I said I ordered online and before I could give my name they started talking to each other and then looked at me and asked for my name again.They bagged up my cakes handed them to me, didn't say thank you or anything to me as they were still talking amongst themselves about the issue with the other customers that had been in front of me.I waited to the side, as my daughter was with me picking up her own order. She came in with me, but she was still waiting for the customers at the other register to finish.Another woman had walked in and walked up at the case looking, and I know between the six of them that they knew my daughter was next in line, it was very obvious, but they asked that woman if they could help her and just ignored my daughter.She ended up at the same register as I had been at...something was going on with customers who were in front of me...so them, then me, then them again....THEN my daughter.Got home, opened my bag only to realize in their CHAOS, they were too preoccupied to get my order correct...they gave me a lemon cake, however I ordered lemon raspberry and actually went specifically to try that one, so I paid for something I didn't want.I don't know if they were training or what was going on, but they have two registers, so to have three people at each register and still have chaos, customers not being taken in the order they come in and getting the order wrong just shouldn't happen.

I called this morning to verify our Gift of 30+ mini bundts were ready, it took them a minute to find the order but found it in their system and told me when I go pick up all I had to do was go in and provide the company name. I asked several time to make sure by the way. Not only did I waste my personal time, I also wasted personal money for an Uber. They were CLUELESS. I never purchase from Bundt cakes, this is the first and last time , NEVER again.

OMGoodness…it’s like pulling teeth to get icing on the 8 inch, $2.50 for 3-4 pedals…I just asked to ice it to where every slice has some icing!!!

Got a mini bundt cake from here. Asked for fork and cashier said I could go to Starbucks next door and get one. I thought she was joking but she said they don’t carry plasticware. I guess every company is making cost cutbacks.

THIS PLACE HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND! Once my kids were sleeping in my car and they brought my order out to me even though they don’t do curbside anymore. And the AMAZINGNESS is that they met us after closing time when we forgot to pick up our order!! We are so blown away by their customer service and we are loyal to them for it!! THANK YOU!!

I recently picked up a cake on Saturday 6/3/23 and ordered it a WEEK in advance. It was supposed to be a gender reveal cake with a BLUE rattle. When we cut the cake a pink rattle was in it. The mother was devastated and the surprise was as ruined. They refunded ONLY $10 for the decorations. Despite all the time they had to get it right and still got it wrong.

I can't say enough nice things about this shop! I went in today for my birthday, and I was treated like a queen! The guy at the counter along with everyone else was so kind. I thought it was because it was my birthday, but I noticed they treated everyone with joy and kindness. I left feeling celebrated! And I'm sure everyone else who went into the store today did as well. Thank you for not only the wonderful cakes, but also the wonderful service.

It's no secret that Nothing Bundt Cake is an easy and reliable stop for beautiful, decadent and delicious cakes, but Danielle and Kanaiya at the White Rock location went the extra mile and doubled my affection.They close at 6. I'm sure they all were tired from a long work day and ready to go home, but at 5:45 I suddenly panic-remembered that I should have ordered a cake for a birthday dinner out. So, I called, and they jumped all over it like they had a personal investment in the situation.A large Blueberry Bliss? 'We're on it!'With the fancy drizzle frosting? 'Mmmm...we'll try. YES, we can get it done!!'...And a sunflower middle? 'Of course!'Naturally, I needed time to get there, so before I even thought about it they offered to let me pick up after their closing, which I did at 6:30. And, of course, the Bluebery Bliss cake was...blissful.

Worst nothing bundt cakes I have been to. They have messed up my cake orders twice and blame the customer for the error I rather drive a little bit more for another nothing bundt cakes the taste also leaves a lot to desired All nothing bundt cakes don't taste the same go to rockwall or Richardson !!

I recently ordered a cake for a Christmas party but when I picked it up, the cake was DRY and the frosting looked undesirable. The flag that was supposed to have my custom message said "Girl's night out" ??? I did have a small issue early in the year, but Alex got everything taken care of. I assume she no longer works here because someone else named Yolanda was there, I guess the new manager. The whole time she looked like she was just dismissing the problem. I had also caught her rolling her eyes at one point which I felt very offended. My issue was resolved, but I will never be coming here again if that's how this location will be handling their customer service. I'll be going to the Nothing Bundt Cakes on Preston from now on.
