Great neighborhood bar and restaurant with amazing staff. I've been coming here for almost a decade and it has definitely earned its reputation as Oak Cliff's Cheers. Everybody knows your name, and you're welcome as you are. The food is amazing and I've never had anyone come here who didn't rave about it. Oh, and if you bring your dog, JD will pamper the heck out of them. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The wife and I were looking for a late night meal and I’m glad we chose NOVA it exceeded all of our expectations! JD treated us like family, constantly checking up on us and getting our input on his suggestions which were all so good, needless to say we will definitely be back!

My husband picked this because the restaurant and I share a name. I think if you’re a regular, it’s probably amazing. Also, after 8:15, they dimmed the lights and it was such a vibe for date night with my hubby. Food was good and they boxed up our leftovers for us.i will say that it took longer than I’d prefer to be greeted by our server and have our order taken. Like we were 3 minutes from leaving without ordering but I’m glad we waited. I’d definitely recommend trying them out.

I 💗 Nova. I’ve gone since 2014 and they still have OG staff! The food is excellent, the prices are fair for the quality of the ingredients, service, and location. The drinks have generous pours, and the patrons are always enjoying themselves and seem cool. Not pretentious, just effortlessly cool, down to earth service, and really really good food. Don’t sleep on the hummus just because it’s pricey: trust me, it’s worth it and will absolutely ruin your expectations of other hummuses.
