Hands down best vegan spot in Dallas! Delicious food with passionate and kind staff. I’d love for them to expand into having more seating, but even as just a to-go spot, it’s wonderful. The food is always consistently amazing, and their wait times are very accurate. 10/10 every day!!!

This place was pretty tasty. We went 2 days in a row . First day we had the CHIMI and the MICHAEL SCOTTFISHLESS SANDWICH. The CHIMI was great they was very generous with the cheese sauce, give a 8 out of 10. The MICHAEL SCOTTFISHLESS SANDWICH was amazing. Differently didn’t taste vegan. Give it a 10Second day we got breakfast. We had the FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE , LOADED BREAKFAST TACO, PANCAKES, and BEYOND CHICKEN & WAFFLES. That orange juice is definitely freshly squeezed super good. Loaded breakfast tacos were good n the Sauce that came with it made the taco everything it needed to be. Chicken and waffles were good. Pancakes with the syrup was great.

Best chili I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise. Seasoned PERFECTLY, and how in the *%#* do you get it to taste like real beef??First impressions mean a lot, and Kendra is so nice and welcoming, professional and attentive, and so knowledgeable about every nuance and ingredient on the menu. Her friendly, laid-back demeanor and proactive attention to detail during their takeout process is always appreciated, and they text you when your food is ready so all you do is approach the door and you’re instantly greeted with her smiling face and your piping hot food.Kendra gives everyone the royal treatment Every. Single. Time. The service and the food here are excellent, and this restaurant is consistent with their food quality. Nunos is the best kept secret in north Texas. You will not be disappointed.First, the variety of different menu selections and flavor profiles is impressive, like a healthy miniature version of the Cheesecake Factory.Kevin’s Chili is by far the best chili I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise — and that’s saying a lot in Texas. Friends simply did not believe chili that tastes so good could be vegan, and now they’re hooked. It’s amazing what the owner, Chef Nuno, can do with plant-based food. This man is a magician and has a gift for making vegan food taste like, well, not vegan. It’s like art, and he has it down to a science. His ability to customize flavors to different palates from different regions of Texas and Mexico is impressive. The sweet potato flautas are crispy, light and flaky yet hearty and tasty — and as good or better than any Mexican restaurant, anywhere. You’ll find yourself asking, “how can this be both vegan AND gluten-free?”Nuno has helped me lose 30 lbs. in 30 days, and I haven’t had to give up my favorite food, Mexican food, because of Nuno. Amazing. I thought when I stopped eating meat and cheese that I’d miss Mexican food the most — and now I don’t have to miss it at all. Thank you, Nuno!!!I also love trying the different sauces from fire roasted salsa to the vegan queso to the chilaquil verde sauce to the chipotle mayo, and even the sour cream tastes like the real thing. Finally, the soy-free and gluten-free pistachio shake, made with Oatly ice cream and real pistachios, is as good as any gelato I’ve ever had, including in Rome.I can’t say enough about the food, and the personal way Kendra and Nuno greet you and make you feel like family. It’s so easy to order and pay online through their website or the Toast app, and the quality of ingredients and attention to every detail of each dish is unmatched.I would give them 10 stars if I could!Vegetarian options: They are 100% vegan and use the best ingredients, and their meat and cheese substitutes are perfectly integrated with each dish and indistinguishable from real meat and cheese. A culinary miracle if you ask me.Dietary restrictions: They have so many dietary options from gluten free to soy free and will customize your order to meet your dietary preferences and to avoid any allergies.

As an uber eats driver I have decided I will no longer be accepting orders from Nunos. They keep the doors locked regularly and do not let anyone come inside. Often times have to get their attention at the window and they act annoyed when they have to come to the door to see why you are there in the first place. When order is not ready they leave you outside waiting. In the rain. I find their doors locked and unfriendly staff very off putting and unwelcoming.

It's a little unusual because the place is one that only does mobile orders and only has 2 tables inside; therefore, there are times when the door is locked, and they bring your order to the door. However, there are tables outside at which to wait, and BOY IS IT WORTH IT. As a vegan, finding tasty, filling food that is sumptuous can be challenging. However, this place has it! My favorite is the chorizo crunchwrap with the Nuno's sauce, but everything is great.

This place is great. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried here. You get a lot of food for the price, and it’s all delicious. I recommend the bbq plate or burritos!

Not the vegan food I’ve tasted. I ordered as soon as the restaurant opened. I tried loaded burrito and Mac n cheese. Burrito had jackfruit that did not pair well with pickled onions in my opinion. It was okay not bad but also not good enough to eat again. The Mac n cheese was clearly from the day before. It was dry and noodles over cooked. It tasted as if it was warmed in the microwave. The queso dip had a tangy taste. I typically like nutritional yeast based cheese but this wasn’t good. Food was bland with no seasonings. I did not feel well after eating here. My body rejected the food for some reason. I will not be returning.

Edit: I have to edit my previous review because it no longer stands true for me.Kendra 'The Girl At The Door', is one of the most hardworking people I've met and every subsequent visit to Nunos since my previous review - she has been friendly and ensured that my order is always correct. She is someone who takes any criticism of her customer service as a learning point and improves upon it as much as she can. If you ever see her like she doesn't have a smile or unable to answer a question be certain it's not because she doesn't want to, but probably she has 20-30 orders to manage and if you've ever worked in the food industry, you'd know that's not easy to push out on time.Nunos continues to bring out new dishes and they are always amazingly tasty. The most recent hit is their Veggie Tamales and they definitely have the best Fries in the DFW Metroplex. Will keep coming here and show my support to this wonderful place that serves food made from the heart.
