Cancelled order without notice or call before cancelling, also lists incorrect hours on UberEats. Do not order from here past 10pm unless you want to drive all the way here just to get your order cancelled when you arrive. Also looks very ghetto, I would not recommend eating here.

They cancelled our order despite being open on Uber Eats. It was a useless 15 minute drive; they should’ve cancelled within 5 minutes as a professional courtesy if they can’t take the order. Very unprofessional and place also looks runs down.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered and then received a text that they didn’t receive the order and the order was canceled. I then ordered a pizza from a different pizza place and went to pick it up when my wife called me to say the pizza was just delivered. I went by this place and showed them the text that the order was canceled but they just blew my off. The pizza is so so not good. Do not order from them.

NY Pizza n Wings Food is awesome. Unfortunately the Website App "Menufy" that handles online ordering. Worthless. This is the Second time I've ordered online Paid and NY Pizza is unaware of the order. Menufy can order and process payment. But they can't do anything about refunding. The 1st time this happened they were open long enough to fix the order and sent it to me with some extra sodas for the delay. Unfortunately they are closed and can't do anything to help with Menufy obvious debacle tonight . They tried to imply it is NY Pizza Fault . I disagree. How can they be at fault when the website fails to inform them.. I will order from NY Pizza n Wings again. Only if Menufy has nothing to do with the transaction. Menufy is unaware that I've ordered from NY. Pizza many times by phone before the online ordering was available. By phone. Order is perfect, hot, no soggy bread. Quick and on time.. I am pressing the refund so Menufy gets no cut from my business. Advice to NY. Pizza . You should ask for your money back for the horrible website functionality they provide for your business..

Delivery did show up after a long wait and no communication. We were trying to figure out where and how to cancel (finding out none of the numbers listed anywhere were correct) when it finally showed up. Multiple items were wrong/missing, but it's the shrimp alfredo that really brought me here. Alfredo is the sauce, which there was none. Cut but not cooked tomatoes, shrimp, and naked noodles do not make "shrimp alfredo." This is also the first time I've had shrimp on pasta that requires me to pick through and de-tail them before returning it to the pile of again NAKED noodles before eating.
I walked in on Friday 09-13-24 and there were about 8 people partying in there, I assume they were just friends of the owners or something. Nice guy at the cash register. The pizza was okay but the shrimp Alfredo was the worst I’ve ever had. Dry noodles and undercooked shrimp.

My fries had no seasoning and they was mixed like he ran out of one kind and I had the mushroom cheeseburger it had 1 slice of mushroom and 1 piece of lettuce not 1 leaf of lettuce but a piece like he was out and it was brown if he did not have the ingredients he could have just said something like the nachos I originally wanted but he was out the fries tasted like they was not cooked all the way not a place I would return to
