I ordered through delivery through the Slice app. I've never ordered from this place before. I asked for a medium pizza, no toppings and a caesar salad, since I'm a vegetarian. The caesar salad was DRENCHED in dressing. They gave me two kinds of meat on my pizza. I've called two days in a row, the person on the receiving line is incredibly rude, and keeps saying the manager won't be coming in until the next day. No condolences were offered. I just want a refund. This is the worst experience I've had with a mistaken order. Truly terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache.

The first time I ordered from here it was surprisingly really good! Which is why I decided to order again however…. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and it tasted old, it was also really dry no sauce at all Both times I’ve been here they were friendly and nice its a shame the food was no good this time around

I drove from work to here hoping to eat something good and I was righttt? the service was good and I was really patient and never pressured so they gave me a free drink!! 100% worth the time. Later in the day I ran errands and came back and they recognized me lol I asked for spicy wings and things got extraordinary. I will always stop by and support you guys❤️ your the best!!!!

Things couldn't be any worse with the service, I politely asked to compensated considering an hour went by with no phone call or pizza... after an hour my wife calls to find their delivery driver was a no show and rather than call us to let us know they just did nothing... I informed the lady on the phone and her manager in the background that if they at least didn't give us any form of compensation I was going to go online and leave a bad review... he informed her that he'd rather get a bad review than not get paid lolShe even wouldn't reverse the payment ... We've paid for pizza and cannot even get our money back essentially... very upset and very disappointed.Imagine running a business in hopes that it'll successful and being ok with a customer leaving a bad review lol what a freaking joke!I'd rather order CiCis pizza than ever consider ordering from here again ... at least their management knows how to manage and what's good for business.

ordered from them on uber eats and I also would love to give them zero stars. I had buffalo wings which had soggy instead of crispy skin on the wings. But the real offense was the chicken alfredo not only had a rancid sauce that was spoiled but the diced chicken was also spoiled. They really need to have somebody in the kitchen who could have at least the very minimum standards when it comes to food safety. I got ripped off and can't get refunded for my spoiled pasta so I hope people read this and avoid this place altogether.

It's not very good. It's certainly not New York. Crust was mushy and too thick with no flavor. Toppings were ok. I ordered cheese sticks that said they were deep fried but I suspect they were baked and not long enough. Everything tastes like it came from a box. Almost frozen to oven. I won't be ordering again
When I called they were very rude , I asked them about if the door dasher came they said no they are only doing Uber eats and something else . Yet oh but yet they took that money off my card so I called door dash and they said nope the delivery person was from NY Pizza and Wings. Now I want to speak to the manager why do u have rude ppl answering the phones ? Huh ? Why if yal couldn’t come this way you should have called me , and refudedmy money but your greedy

I showed up late at night looking for delicious spicy wings. I ordered a 10-piece of the NY Flavor Hot wings and I was amazed with how good it was! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
