Okay I can't say enough about my initial oppression at this place! This is exactly what you would expect to see as an artisan bakery. The staff is super friendly, they were sold out of just about everything because demand is so great, but one of the most amazing things was learning that they give away some of their sourdough starter for free which is something I had actually been wanting! Went in today for the first time and let me just say, what yall are doing here is absolutely incredible. Grabbed as many pastries as I could around 11:15, grabbed a lunch sandwich and came back home to enjoy everything. Cinnamon bun and apple puff were my absolute favorites. You’ve earned a new customer and the way you all work together and run the place is amazing. 🥹
