If I could give off the cuff zero stars I would but this five-star rating system is fixed, on Saturday October 18th my sister-in-law was targeted based off of how they looked. A security guard with red hair COUNT YOUR DAYS assaulted my sister-in-law It resulted in catastrophic injuries. If you are in the LGBTQ community please understand that you are not safe and secure with the security at the facility. And if the owner is reading this if you do not let that security guard go we will be contacting a lawyer

For everyone who orders from OTC you should make sure that the cooks and even the supervisors wear gloves because a few times that I was working in the kitchen, they would touch the food without wearing gloves. Even Rick who is the supervisor touched the food without wearing gloves and after eating an apple, possibly cross contaminating someone's food. You don't have to believe me but they do have a camera in the kitchen.

I think it’s ridiculous that they charge a “venue fee” when we went there at 5 o’clock for dinner and drinks. And automatic 20% tip when there was only three in our party. What do you want nxt, for us to pay your rent??

They denied entry to my friend because he had on a muscle shirt, but let girls in with spaghetti straps…. the bouncers couldn’t even give an explanation as to why besides the gender. If you’re not a hispanic girl you more than likely won’t be allowed in.

Worst experience ever I came here 5/22/2025 and the bartenders talked so negatively about my friend who’s is lgbtq based . They were so shady and rude and never paid any attention to us who wanted a tab opened / very rude they are only buddy buddy with who they choose to be with

The flatbreads were so good here, literally came here for a flatbread and a good drink! The service is good on a weekday and it’s a very popular spot on the weekends with popular music! Love this place but with that being said, bring back the flatbreads!

Zero stars for this place. The owner has no sense of empathy. A friend was out for the first time in many years and started to feel kind of sick. She did throw up, we were trying to clean it and leave on a timely manner. The owner started saying, “if y’all don’t get her out of here I’m going to call the cops.” We tried to explain we were doing our best but we need a few minutes. He started threatening us and or her saying, “I’m going to call the cops if she can’t get out of here in the next five minutes.” It’s understandable that for their business they would want her out of there but she’s a larger black woman and it was extremely concerning for us that police could be called for a woman being physically sick. This is not the place for people of color to be. The owner should be ashamed of himself and his lack of awareness and lack of empathy.
