it was our first time trying it super awful, terrible service! my coworker and i walked in place a to-go order we told the lady at the front that the person who was going to eat the food had a peanut allergy & seafood allergy, she was like “okay”! as we started eating it my co worker started feeling sick she had an allergic reaction to it! she was crying, shaking, she was super pale & vomiting. we went back to the restaurant and they told us they can only re do a Pho Tai for us! keep in mind i payed 60 for everything.

we expected better service and for them to care about the allergic reaction but they didn’t care.

I ordered sushi from here late one night through DoorDash, and it was so good I had to come in the very next day for lunch. The experience was a solid 10/10. The sushi is top-tier quality with a wide variety of options. The manager, Paul, was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend the 44 Roll or anything yellow tail you won’t be disappointed!

My husband ordered the pho tai bo vien (Vietnamese beef noodle soup with meatballs and rare steak) to-go last night for me, as I was sick, and needed some hot soup. I had high expectations, given the owner and chef are Vietnamese (according to their website), and I'm a huge fan of pho. There were several issues as soon as I opened it. There were no meatballs, only the rare steak. There was no basil, which is listed in the menu description, and is typically a staple for this type of dish. The broth itself had barely any color and tasted like someone walked by a pot of plain hot water on the stove and wafted the scent of beef over it. The portion size was like for a child. Charging $14.50 for this shameful excuse for pho... what a rip-off.

Can't speak for the sushi or other food because to get wanted some soup for my sick wife and this was the only place close that was open.
Got the Pho Bo Vien tai, and they forgot the meatballs. The pho broth was extremely bland and tasted like water. The same can be said for the wonton soup broth...
Also, it was extremely oily.
The eggrolls from the bun thit nuong was sour.
And the serving sizes were egregious for prices.

The food was excellent but the customer service not so much. I placed my order directly on Oishii Sushi's website, but I think it routes you through Door Dash. I placed the order around 6 PM for an 8 PM pick up. When I arrived I said I was picking up my order, and the hostess asked me to confirm my order. I had no idea what that meant, but she wouldn't give me my order until I showed her the text I got from Door Dash. I'm not sure if she understood the difference between placing your order directly on the company's website and a door dash driver picking up an order for delivery. I hate to go here but if I looked different (i.e. if I were white) would a confirmation be needed? Regardless, if I give you my name and I show up at the time the order is supposed to be ready, I shouldn't have to confirm that I actually paid for my order and am picking it up. Maybe that was a form of fraud prevention but it made me feel like I had to prove that I was who I said I was even though they already had my money. So if I didn't show her the text from Door Dash would they have just kept my money and my order? The process needs to be revisited.

My husband , and my parents and I went out for my birthday. They were very busy like normal but my husband and I got very sick. It was a terrible time and we will never go back to that location. We Waited more than 45 minutes for our food. My dad’s food was cold and the service was terrible. Don’t ever go to that location.

Great place to eat. Come here once a week.

I took my parents out to eat and we chose Oishii after hearing people rave about this place. We were happy with our experience! The prices were reasonable for the portions. Sashimi was thick cuts and came out fast in a boat. Our server Karla was speedy and attentive throughout our meal. Now we understand why people love this place. We would come back.

The best sushi I've had in Dallas outside of Uchi and Nobu. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is visually nice and clean.

The nigiri was so fresh and tasty. The portions are generous. I got the Uptown Roll on soy paper and it was delicious.

The prices are reasonable for such high quality sushi.

A bustling restaurant, but I'm not sure why. The service was good but the food at best mediocre and the prices very high. I did not get sushi, so maybe that was much better. But the salad I received was drenched in dressing and the chicken Teriyaki has a very thin, not very good sauce. Pretty disappointing. Especially when I redirected the bill. I have not returned and likely will not. Sorry, I really wanted to like this place.

Wow! I stopped by Oishii for lunch, and I had an amazing experience. I definitely recommend the Pad Thai…it was delicious! It might have been the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had! The sushi was also so fresh. The service and ambiance of the restaurant was great.

This is compact but the seating is setup perfectly so that any size party can fit. The entire staff was courteous and kind. Our server was also attentive and an expert on the menu. He was even able to give me a detailed ingredient list when I mentioned my food allergies. The Crab Rangoon was delicious but the sauce made it top tier. The Dynamite Roll is what made this place a regular when it come to sushi spots.

Excellent food. Everyone is nice and the sushi chefs deserve a good tip but if the waitstaff won’t collect the many dishes after the meal they aren’t getting 20%. Select custom tip.
