The food is delicious, and I think they are large portions.

Went on Feb 14th, waited for 30 mins, food was wrong, so decided didn’t want it no more. Waitress was awesome, only one. People across from us were on face time the whole time and very loud. My husbands food was bland, salad was soggy and breadsticks were hard, big disappointment for me, Olive Garden has gone down hill, doubt I’ll be back.

Taste and server were very disappointing.
2 dishes for about $50...No lie, it tasted watered down.
Unacceptable no matter who you are.
You deserve better.

Whent with my father, sister, and brother for dinner. And the waitress was so patient and was so sweet 🥰 my brother has Autism and can be very particular about his spagetti with meat sauce😂 WE left and he said that was his new favorite restaurant 🥹🫶🏻❤️ SO SWEET! Will definitely be taking him back for his spagetti 🥰❤️

Called in an order that was supposed to be ready at 1115 but it wasn't ready until 1145. Some employees missed out on lunch due to timing.

Had a fine experience with our server. Very kind and funny. The food was great, however after the check is paid that is where it all went to pot. I was dining at this location with some students on our long three hour journey home and after we paid the bill and left, we got about two hours away when I realized that I may have left my credit card at the restaurant. When I called and confirmed I was told that the doors close at 10:00 and no one is permitted inside and then I told the person the phone that I was two hours away, I was informed that I would need to come back the next day, remember that would be a six hour round trip for me. When I asked if they could mail it to me, the girl on the phone said she would need to ask her manager and literally 2 seconds later she tells me the manager said no. So, I had to go through the whole process to cancel my card, when they could have easily wrapped it in paper put it in an envelope and put a stamp on it and mailed it out. The restaurant did nothing to help me. Made no offers or suggestions except to keep telling me the doors close at 10 and no one is permitted inside, three times. So they may be nice to your face when they are waiting for their money but thatbis where it ends. Next stop, corporate.

The manager Austen was amazing!!!
We had some mishaps with our order and he was quick to solve it and make our experience worth the wait. Thank you so much Austen!!!

Ordered the chicken carbonara to go and it looked and tasted like someone poured old grill scraps and grease in it. Was inedible, so disappointed as I normally get great quality food and service. Not sure I will be back. Wasted money.

First time at the place for lunch meeting far away from the one I go to in Grand Prairie TX, here it was a very quiet atmosphere which is nice and the waiter Reane( excuse the spell name if I catched right?) but she was very attentive and polite and please with all our food.

Hey

If you’re dining in the food and service is great I never had a problem but if you do take out I wouldn’t recommend it they will sometimes give you food that been out for awhile and just give you way smaller portions if you’re dining in great if you’re taking out not great

my boyfriend and i came here after an event in dallas, and almost immediately regretted it. the first time we came, i was on the wait list and was told there’s no wait! (online) then i get there and there’s no one in the lobby yet every person who walked in got sat before we did. so we left, and came back after the event where something similar also happened. we sat down and waited about 5 minutes for our server to come greet us and ordered immediately. i got soup and my boyfriend got the endless pasta, the pasta took almost 45 minutes to come out (the restaurant was not busy) and then we asked our server to pack us some to go. the server was okay, but when we were walking out, i realized i was covered in hot soup. because the to go container in the bag wasn’t shut. would not come back here again.
