Nice setting, polite staff. Drinks took very long to arrive .. can’t these be delivered before the appetizers? Chicken Alfredo was tepid and bland.

As soon as the waiter came to ask if we were ready to order a worm fell from the ceiling onto my menu the nastiest thing that's every happened to me. The manager didn't even do anything about it. Wanted to offer a complimentary dessert. L ike eww

How do you leave people's food by the door unsupervised and not sealed? Smh like that makes no sense to me with all the crazy stuff going on today.

My family went to Olive Garden tonight, and they got my order wrong the first time. I ordered chicken Alfredo with chicken fritta and sautéed shrimp. They brought out grilled chicken Alfredo with sautéed shrimp (with one piece of chicken fritta maybe for a little razzle dazzle). I told the server it was wrong, and she asked if I wanted them to fix it as if I should just accept the meal as is. I asked for it to be corrected and they brought it back with chicken fritta and grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp was horrible. (for reference my son and daughter both had sautéed shrimp and it was fine) I asked for the manager. David came out, didn’t even introduce himself. (I found out his name when I spoke to him again to inform him of his atrocious customer service) He looked at me as if I was an issue before I even explained to him what the issue was. His energy and tone was very condescending. I told him that the corrected meal was not tasty or correct. To be a manager in a customer service role and not provide any customer service at all is very mind blowing to me. (Also for reference, I worked for Olive Garden for two years and never experienced this level of customer service from my managers) The meal was taken off of my receipt. I do think that there needs to be better communication between the servers and kitchen, that the food needs to be checked for accuracy before it comes out to the guest, and that David and possibly all management needs additional training for when it comes to customer service and handling customers with care.
