I’ve been coming to this restaurant for takeout breakfast on my way to work, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill fast. Today the chicken inside my breakfast burrito was pink and undercooked. Serving raw chicken isn’t just careless, it’s dangerous. What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first issue I’ve had. The last time I ordered, I found broken pieces of bone inside my food. I tried giving them another chance, but the consistency and attention to detail just aren’t there anymore. The staff didn’t seem bothered or concerned at all. It’s a shame because the food used to be good, but it’s clear they no longer care. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick.

I eat here at least 3 times a week post-workout and the salads are consistently excellent (much better than Cava on value for money). I specially like the consistency of the product and the service from the CS workers as I get a friendly greeting every time. If you order through the app you get a $1 drink! Highly recommended!

It was my first time at the chop shop, I’m an avid Cava goer but wanted to try something new for my lunch break during work. I was looking for a bowl that had higher protein intake and was delectable and Jason the manager let me try different sauces and educated me on the dishes and bowls were best! And man this was one of the best bowls I’ve had, I got the chop-rito bowl and I’ll definitely be coming here way more often! Amazing job Jason, hands down great customer experience! 100% would recommend

It’s my favorite place for luncheon meetings next to SMU. I ordered Green curry with Tofu, curry taste was good, quantity is proportionate, need to add more curry, don’t know why but veggies were too dried to eat today!
