Our server was Chris and he was handling most of the tables I observed. He was flawless in his service and made every guest feel like they were his only priority despite being busy. Actually everyone seemed to get along very well and all were pleasant and helping deliver food for each other.Chris's attitude and commitment to ensure every guest had a great experience was refreshing to see. If he were my employee I would ensure he was retained, he is an asset to your location. Keep that smile going! Additionally we were greeted upon arrival and when leaving were thanked for coming. Sadly this is not the norm these days. Whoever is training staff is doing a great job. I normally don't do reviews but thought this was worthy of my time. Food was good, no complaints, but service was exceptional.

We ordered some party platters and appetizers for a team building lunch this Tuesday. The disappointing part is that they forgot to put the Bloomin' Onion we redeemed from reward in our package. Our birthday girl ordered that and she couldn't get it, very disappointed.Other than this part, the food was good, the ribs were the best, shrimps and mushrooms were great, the steak was a little cold but we were able to warm it up a bit in our kitchen.

Music way too loud. Filet medium rare and asparagus delish! Baked Potatoes skimpy on butter, sour creme. Skinny margarita great as was my MerlotI called in reservation 3 days ahead and double-checked 2 hours before arrival and said was a birthday for my 77 yr old brorher. I also mentioned it first thing upon arr. Waiter didn't remember I guess. Had to remind him of dessert for birthday boy. His comment was, oh, y'all want it? Well, yeah! LOL! A waitress walked by and said, do you want us to sing happy birthday? Well, I DID, but it wasn't fun if they have to ask. I wasn't impressed.

Wife and I went one evening and waited 10-15 minutes with no service at all. So, got up and left. Pretty obvious that the restaurant was scraping the bottom of the barre insofar as staff is concerned. Not my problem,...anymore. Now , we just go to Dunston's on Lover's Lane. At least those guys work like they want to earn a tip. Fine with me. Maybe 6 months before, whilst sitting in bar area, I had one of the best filets Ive ever had. I should be a loyal customer. I tried, Outback failed...NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I’d taken a photo. Our food was excellent! Most importantly, both mine and my husband’s steaks were cooked as asked— perfectly! We also ordered an appetizer, and two drinks from the bar that were great as well! Our food came out on time, which gets double points from me.The manager, a middle aged African American woman, constantly strolled the property making sure every single guest was satisfied! She actually stopped by individual tables and and took requests from guests; that’s soo good to see.Our service was well, too. Although, he did present as much energy and enthusiasm as his counterparts, he still did a great job!We love this location! Most certainly will be returning.
