This could be the worst restaurant I have ever been to!!! I can’t eat gluten or dairy and I don’t eat pork, which made it impossible to order anything! When I did settle on a salad with salmon, the fish was so overcooked it was almost jerky! My husband’s omelet was also inedible, and he is NOT picky! Our waiter was horrible too and it took us a half an hour to get food we couldn’t eat! Skip at all costs!!

A friend and I visited this restaurant with high expectations, as the space itself is very appealing. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our server was noticeably rude, which set a negative tone from the start. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, that frustration should not be directed toward guests.
Additionally, our order was incorrect, and when the food was delivered, it was done in a careless manner that conveyed a lack of interest or professionalism. As for the food itself, it was underwhelming, and I was especially concerned to find hairs in my hash browns. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Nice breakfast! Plates are generous and the food quality is excellent! Service was great. We were a larger group and others raved about the chicken fried steak and biscuits. We shared the giant cinnamon roll which was amazing. Highly recommend!

This place is very over priced and over hyped. It was $100 for three of us to eat breakfast here.

The worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Hour spent waiting. Then waitress didn’t even get my order right. Would never recommend this place. My total time here was over two hours and it was the worst food I’ve ever had.

This was a very frustrating breakfast experience. We were ignored for an extended period before service began, and the food took an unacceptably long time to come out. The service issues overshadowed the entire visit. I would not recommend dining here.

Food is fine, but really bad and slow service. I got the wrong coffee, so it took a while to get the right one. Not a big deal, really. Then I waited for a long time sitting at the bar watching all the cooks laughing and having a good time, while the food was very slowly prepared. Kept waiting and was about to leave when someone at the kitchen asked me what I ordered. He told me they gave my plate to someone else but they now had mine ready. Throughout this whole time, no one ever came to check up on me to see if I was missing anything, I was even trying to call a waiter but they were busy chatting with each other. After finishing my food, I waited for some time but didn’t get the check, so I had to intercept a waiter to ask for it. There were other people waiting for service as well.
10 out of 10 work environment 👍.
2 out of 10 customer service 👎

They automatically add a 20% tip and there is no where that tells you that. I didn’t realize it till later so I had added a tip. So almost $50 for 2 people for eggs, bacon, coffee and tea. Half the price to walk down the street and eat at the food hall.
Restaurant was freezing cold inside. Not enjoying eating while you are freezing.
Food was ok but for the price it should have been better.
My husband said the coffee was Not good. Much better coffee at food hall down the street. I had a $5 cup of tea that was just 1 tea bag (cheap tea you get at grocery store) and 1 cup of hot water (no pot of hot water so that you might steep the bag twice for 2 cups).
Needless to say we won’t be back to this restaurant. If we stay at the Statler again we will walk down to the food hall.

Hostess Maria was very welcoming and recommended new favorite items. My husband and l have came to eat breakfast here a handful of times, all times being great experiences except today. Menu had changes, which is great always excited to try new things- I ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like water. My hash browns were cold. I also ordered a Benedict and the Benedict was not even on a biscuit but on a regular piece of bread. Other things in between and to top it off they now have automatic gratuity?? That wasn’t there before. Mind that 20%. I regret not saying anything. Won’t be going back sadly.
