This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. We waited about 30 mins to be seated and then when we were, no one came to check on us or offer water or anything for a good 20mins. When the waitstaff finally showed up to take our order, they were out of pretty much everything we tried to order. No cinnamon roll, biscuits or pancakes. After we placed our order, we had to wait a good 20mins for our coffees and were never offered refills. Then maybe another 20mins went by before our tables food started to trickle out. It probably took a good 10mins for everyone to have their food with still somethings missing. When those missing things started coming, we also were being offered food that wasn't even for our table. Then as we were eating, we saw table around us receiving pancakes, even though when we ordered they were out. No one refilled our waters or $5 black coffees. Then when the bill came there was gratuity already added!!! We were only a table of 5 so that was uncalled for. The entire experience was horrible. Would never recommend and we felt bad for all the people waiting to get in because they had no idea what they were in for.

Food was decent. However do not order from here online. My wife and friend of ours and I placed an online order only to informed when I got there that it's no longer communicating to the restaurant. Avoid the hassle of having to request a refund and pay again.

Service was a little slow. Food was fine. Wasn’t offered cream or butter/jelly for coffee and toast. Two entrances with only one manned.

Took my daughter here for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Staff was prompt and friendly and the atmosphere had a cool vibe. The food was pretty basic breakfast food and it was priced about the same as any other breakfast place you go too. We parked around the corner on the street in metered parking and it cost $1.50 which is good for downtown Dallas.

Food isn't bad, just fancied up diner food. The service is ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast and the place only had 6 other tables when we got there.

The service was quick and attentive, making for an enjoyable visit. The food quality was excellent, with many options on the menu. The coffee was fresh and delicious.
The seating was comfortable, with plenty of space for groups or solo diners. It’s a convenient spot that’s definitely worth returning to.
The Ranch Hand was phenomenal!

Everything was good until, Towards the end of eating my plate of chilaquiles I crunched on something very hard and began to cut my gums.
I took out what looked like to be a metal pigtail very sharp. I showed my husband and then we reported to the waitress. My mistake was not taking a picture. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, the Chef comes and asks what he could do trying to comp a plate and drink and we come to agreement to comp the whole order. However the General Manager comes and says we needed a whole written report and we needed to investigate and involve security and they all seemed to not believe us and yet have nothing in place to conduct the appropriate response for a situation like this. i asked for them to bring us the plate and then they said they discarded it… very poor service for a situation where a customer gets hurt eating while dining in.

Bright, modern breakfast and lunch restaurant at the entrance to a large hotel. They have several tables and booths, large enough to accommodate large families.
We enjoyed the breakfast burrito and fried chicken sandwich.
Nearby there is paid street parking and paid parking garages.

Cute little place and we came here because of the walking distance to our hotel and the reviews. We were disappointed… Very overpriced food. $4 for one egg? And it was super small eggs. I know there’s inflation but come on. The potatoes were super burned and the sausage tasted weird. Very sad as we were looking forward to a good meal.
