During last visit I was very unhappy because I was not given a bill, just told what I was expected to pay. Even though I paid with a debit card was never given a receipt so I could see what I was charged for. I will more than likely not be visiting again for a while, hopefully the company will make some serious changes in customer relations.

Casper gave me awesome service!! I came with a friend to grab some drinks and Casper never had us waiting for anything. Very attentive, punctual, and personable! When I come back I definitely want him to be my server. Drinks were good too

It was busy as hell at the bar last Wednesday when I was there with 3 people deep around the bar making it all but impossible to get bar service. I couldn’t tell if it was a group swarming the place or the usual deal w SMU related folks doing happy hour. I was early for meeting friends there for dinner so I didn’t want to take a table until the others had arrived.
Margaritas are way cheaper on Mondays without the crowd, which is when I would typically show up.

Food and service are as expected for a busy patio. Katy Trail Ice House does much better with significantly more patrons and a similar amount of staff. The patio is beautiful. Today happens to be Kentucky Derby day. Several tables asked the staff to display the derby on the big screen but were denied. The PGA is also happening. The horse race lasts for nearly two minutes. The entire patio strained to see the two small screens displaying the race. Which would you prefer to see ? :)
