Awful experience. After we were seated, we noticed the floor under the table across from us was filthy. We asked our server to have it cleaned up but eventually had to ask the hostess who did clean it up. We ordered drinks, appetizers and a main course. The server brought our entrees with drinks, but no appetizers so we asked to have the entrees taken back and appetizers brought. Once done with the appetizers, our entrees were brought. Both were cold and obviously were the same ones delivered earlier. Will not return.

It's a chaotic mess. The menu's were dirty, which instantly is a huge turn off. There was going to be a rough 15 minute wait so we ended up sitting at the bar which was so filthy. There were dirty cups and dishes all over the bar top even though there was like 10 guests, behind the bar down to the floor was visible and looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. We ended up not eating or drinking because of how unclean it was and just went next door to Joey. This is the second time we've tried to eat there and have been extremely disappointed. Can't speak for the food since we've never stayed long enough to eat, but if you value cleanliness this is not the place for you. There was not a single good thing about our visit

This place is BACK foodies! After some struggles with terrible management through the past few years, and very uneven service, after several recent visits I can happily say PFC's Northpark is back in the game! Service has been great- kudos to JOE, GRANT, and STEPHANIE! One of the managers I see nearly every time is SHEMAR, and I think he's one of the best I've ever dealt with. He's always checking on diners' food and making sure all is well. SHEMAR needs a customer service award! LOL! I spent over 20 years in fine dining management, ending up as GM in the city's highest ranking and top grossing restaurant operations, and this crew and manager are top notch performers. So glad to see this place has implemented the right direction with awesome people.

We had an early post-symphony dinner at P F Chang’s in Northpark this evening. Our food was quite good and the whole experience was enhanced by our server, Grant. He made handling a complex menu, a large restaurant and hungry holiday shoppers look easy. Thank you, Grant, and Merry Christmas!

Sat at the bar just now for 10 minutes while the manager looked at us repeatedly and refused to acknowledge or help us, even raising my hand multiple times. He was too busy in a football conversation about him, his wife, and his father-in-laws rivalries.

I ordered the Mongolian tofu dinner special, and it was ok (though not the crispiest or freshest tasting) but they were a bit stingy with the sauce, the price was a little high for the quantity/quality, they gave me white rice even though I asked for brown rice, and the spring roll was raw and borderline inedible. Overall I’d definitely recommend choosing a different PF Chang’s location.

I used to love this location. I ordered the veggie lettuce wraps like I used to, but they have really gone downhill. The flavor is off as well as the texture. And the lettice now comes chopped into bite sized bits, barely big enough to use to scoop the tofu up like a chip. Seriously, it’s no longer a lettuce wraps, if the lettuce isn’t even big enough to wrap it in! The portion has also decreased in size. I ordered the fried rice as well, but it is just so bland. The overhead lights above the booths are not dim amber, but bright fluorescent white lights that give you a migraine. It’s not a vibe, at all. I do not understand why they would do that. BUT The server we had was a nice, helpful guy. it’s just a shame the place has gone downhill so much.
