It was Xmas eve so we expected it to be busy. We were seated for our 7:30 reservation at 8:00 (not a great start but tolerable). We placed our order probably within 10 min of being seated. Drinks were delivered over an hour later after we refused our food until we had our drinks. It was a shame that a good meal was ruined by such poor service. It has been our tradition to go to P.F. Chang's on Xmas eve. Time for a new tradition.

Had a 730pm reservation on Christmas Eve. We were called for our reservation at 845pm, one hour late. There were empty tables all over the restaurant. The table we were seated at had been empty at least 30 minutes. This was due to a shortage in staff. Who doesn't know the holidays will be busy? Once we were seated things went OK. The service was OK. The food was OK. I have been a fan of PFChang's for decades. My recent past visits have shaken my faith in this once great chain.

We had a reservation for 6:30, and they were incredibly busy. Would have had to wait 25-30 minutes for our table. We actually went to the bar, and ordered there. It was great, though.

We had to wait for quite a while. Got a pretty nice table near the back/restrooms. But it was good for our family with space. My husband had to ask for the appetizers to come out and the waitress kind of responded in a snarky way. Our drinks weren't refilled timely. My oldest son's water sat empty for the majority of the visit. My oldest son's meal was put in wrong by the waitress, and when we told them about it, it took about 25 to 30 minutes for them to get a new meal out, and by the time the new meal came out, everyone was done. My oldest had to sit there and watch us eat. Luckily, he has some low mein but no entree. When we aked for the check, the manager did give us some $ off, and apologized. It took a very long time to get the to go meal for my son, and for the manager to come back with my husband's card, and the meal to go. It pretty much ruined our Christmas Eve dinner, and it was so disappointing as we had never had this experience at this location. We will probably much rather choose the Grandscape location now as opposed to the Tollway Dallas location because of this experience. We had 6:00 PM reservation but was not seated until after 7:00 PM!! Even though people were waiting, tables were not bused quickly. They overbooked for the evening. Everyone was getting mad and many left. Management needs to take a look at ‘why' and fix it. Not sure I will go there again!! I hate to wait to spend my $$$.

My husband and I had dinner tonight and it was great. We felt the restaurant had fallen off in quality over a year ago so we stopped coming, but am happy to write that P.F. Chang’s IS BACK! Our server Sean was amazing and a manager that we had the pleasure of speaking with, K.J. was equally amazing! The food, the service, the management everything was on point tonight and we will definitely be returning as frequent customers! Thank you Sean, K.J. and the kitchen staff!!! Keep it up!
