Always good food and service. I don't like that prices for cocktails, wine and beer not listed on menu.

It's not what it used to be. They are shortstaffed (or were they? There was a lot of people standing around doing not a lot, yet our server was training somebody behind the bar and barely taken care of our table in the main dining room) every time we need something we had to ask another waiter.. I needed extra rice, we asked right away when they brought the food they forgot about it, I had to get out of my seat and go ask my waiter who is behind the bar and by the time we got it my food was cold. It's just really disappointing because it used to be one of our favorite places to go to. The food is just really not good flavorless and overcooked. We didn't finish our food and left and went home and cooked another meal.. it was that bad. One of my favorite places growing up and we won't be going back.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a long time PFChangs fan. I have noticed the quality of the food slipping over the last few years. Still good just not great. It’s a long way for me to travel and the prices aren’t that reasonable therefore since the food isn’t what I’m use to I’m just not sure I’ll return. I’ve said the same thing to myself multiple times but this time I think it’s going to stick.

I had chicken pad thai. The dish had great flavor but the noodles were a little too overcooked for my liking. Our server was fabulous and restaurant had good atmosphere considering it was located at the mall.

I have been going to PF Changs for 30 yrs. I always get the Honey Crispy Shrimp and the spring rolls. Tonight was horrible, the shrimp was not crispy and the spring rolls were mushy. Very disappointing. I know the change their recipes but if that's what happened they need to go back to the drawing board. Had to tell the manager and leave hungrey.

Incredible experience for family dinner night! We enjoyed our waiter Hugo and his kind and caring personality. We ordered the classic crispy honey chicken, lettuce wraps, crab wontons and they were all fresh and the perfect temperature! So many great weekly specials, can’t wait to go back!
