Spent my 26th birthday with my family here and my server was awesome! I recommend the sweet n sour chicken, the best food I ever ate! Afterwards we had chocolate and strawberry cake which was so ?delicious?Also the oolong tea was very delicious ☕️ the wait wasn’t that long, even for 5 people and one kid we were having a good time. The parking lot was pretty packed but it was a Saturday so we couldn’t really complain about it. Thank you for an amazing experience P.F. Chang’s ?

Vegetarian options: There wasn’t a box to check for the Lettuce Chicken Wraps as our favorite meal so even though they’re not completely vegetarian, the Lettuce Chicken Wraps are delicious!! We each ate them as our entrees and I highly recommend them!! Vegetable spring rolls were delicious too! Our server was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and this helped make our experience a great one!

What a joke! Placed an online order for an executive lunch today, with the expectation for the food to be ready at the pick up time I selected, which was 11:15am. Had to wait there with 6 other disgruntled customers because their orders were late as well. Called in and requested to speak with the manager Winston Gardner and that is when things took a turn for the worse. He was rude, unapologetic, and simply lacked basic customer service skills. I requested to speak with the GM or anyone else that could address my concerns at which time he got disgruntled and was aggressively rude and condescending on the phone. I will never again go to this establishment. I purposely selected this place to wow my executive team but instead, it was an embarrassing experience from start to finish. Somebody from management needs to reach out to me directly. My order number was 25782616860491784.
