Very good Gelato and the owner/manager was wonderful! He opened to serve my friend and I even though he had closed. Customer service makes or breaks it for me. Definitely give this place a try. The Gelato is great!!

I went because I wanted the Gold Gelato, the gold gelato costs 100 USD 😱, but I can afford a glass of 7 USD hehe. Well these are Italian ice creams and Italians don't do anything by halves, they make ice creams and sorbets in the traditional Italian way, the fruits feel fresh and they mention that the ingredients are totally natural. The result is a light, incredibly smooth frozen dessert with 70% less fat than traditional ice cream. They also sell macarons.

Paciugo Gelato Caffè is an absolute gem despite the long lines—it's worth every minute of the wait. I've been coming here for 12 years, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back.
