Best coffee shop in Bishop Arts. Coffee is better and they use 4 shots instead of two in their lattes. Nough said.

I went to a coffee shop in downtown Dallas today. It is a vintage coffee shop and the coffee tasted very good. Two nice and hardworking girls made my hot chocolate coffee. Wow! I really liked it. They made a wonderful coffee. The taste was excellent. It is hard to find parking because there are only a few spots, but it is worth it. I really recommend this place.

I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and brown sugar. They gave me regular dairy and it almost tasted like burnt coffee beans. They claimed to have curbside pickup and when I called the phone number, they didn’t pick up the phone. I could clearly see the employees talking to each other but my I’m not sure if the phones were down or if my call was ignored. Very disappointed.
Review Edit:
Originally, I gave the place a 2 star review due to my experience. They did reach out to me and I always appreciate when a business is able to right a wrong. We all have our bad days, and I can also understand that. I would not be opposed to give the place another try, the owner seemed very genuine and caring about my experience!

The employees ruined what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience with their bad attitudes. I will not be returning.

Terrible experience with one of the employees. I did not get her name but she was short girl with black hair. She was very rude and unprofessional.

While ordering my coffee, one of the girls making the coffee, had a bad attitude, after she was laughing right before I ordered. I did not get her name but she is the short girl with short black hair. She had the worse attitude, I recommend ordering from the taller girl.

Found this place by complete accident looking for a mural which we found. The ice coffee and cannoncino with chocolate was what we ordered and it hit the spot. It gets kinda packed and it’s small so don’t take long ordering making it hard for people in line lol
I’m not trying to be difficult in any kind of way. I’ve been here about 5 to 6 times each time expecting and hoping that it would surprise me, but yet consistently met with burnt tasting underwhelming flavors that just leads me befuddled as to how this place still stays around in Bishop arts. It deserves a café that makes delicious fine coffee and not burnt dark roast sludge. I’m sorry, but I’m also not.
