I got my food hot and fresh it tasted really good. The service team was awesome, the dinner area was clean just a little cold but over all I really enjoyed my food. I would highly recommend to stop by they just re-opened 2 weeks ago.

The lady bagged my order up, but the fluids from the super greens spilled everywhere in the bag. I promptly when back into the store to notify them. I understand that mistakes happen, but she directed me to go clean it up myself. How is this my fault? I won’t come back here again.

I will never order from here again let's just say that flat out I ordered from doordash they confirmed my order was complete and now I'm still on the phone with my dasher and got a 5 dollar voucher I ordered a medium 4 pc apple pie roll paid 7.45 for it and only got one instead of 4 and now I'm hearing that my dasher doesn't speak English and believes the worker over me I just wanted to eat my food in piece not be put on trial who would lie about apple pie rolls well I hope your all happy with yourselves why can u just do ur job in the first place why make others suffer people who paid good money

Tasty! Orange chicken and fried rice is a classic combination. Service is usually quick and food is fresh on the line. They recently made some renovations to make service even quicker. They are quite consistent and reasonably priced for the caliber of food served.

Placed my order for the first time in the app, when to pick up order not ready none of the items I ordered where ready, I talked to a woman and she couldn’t find it then she asked a guy and he was like yeah here it is. Proceeds to tell none of the entrees are ready. I was like I ordered online because I have limited time to have lunch really only like 5 mins to pick up 5 mins to eat. Then I proceed to ask this young mean lady if I could cancel the order because I really had to go, she responds yes you can do it on the app. I politely ask how to I do it. All she said was Idk and walked away. After like 10 mins my order is ready because I couldn’t cancel in the mean time, she grabs the food and puts it where mobile orders are picked up damn knowing I’m there still standing in front of her waiting for it, another lady proceeded to tell her that it was mine, so she goes grabs it looked at me and laughed! I felt like she was so rude instead of apologizing she laughs in my face.

They're such in a hurry to cook their food because they're so busy that the food is soggy and not crispy like it should be broccoli's hard they're way too fast they need to slow it down and make the quality of the food better by slowing down

Coming into this establishment right off the bat was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for starters I ordered my daughter a kids plate and I had a VERY small portion compared to my 2 nieces who both had a larger portion of meat than my daughter (we counted 4 more extra shrimp than my daughter) I went up to the counter to ask why the portions are not the same size then a girl told me kids meal comes with 4 pieces of meat and the boy who served the plates said it was his fault the girl then said she could take away the extra pieces of meat off of my nieces plate so it can be the same whole time she has an attitude and long face shrugging her shoulders as if this isn’t their problem ?!! Excuse me ?!?! As someone who works for a food corporation company that is INSANE TO HEAR and I shouldn’t need to explain why if the manager of this store and workers understand food policy and CUSTOMER policy’s that’s the FIRST complaint I have to make and I hope this gets taken seriously because there is a policy FOR A REAON so things like this doesn’t happen and COMPLAINTS aren’t MADE such as the 4 pieces of meat only for kids meals let’s be so serious right now my SECOND complaint is that my daughter needed to use the restroom we got the code door wouldn’t open I guess it was timed out or something, I then go to the boy who messed up the portions since he was the one closest to the restroom that if he could please open the door with the key since the door isn’t wanting to open he then tells me I have to wait that it’s timed out with an attitude and long face the whole time which was really the cherry on top like seriously lose the attitude ?? I then tell him no I need someone to open the door with a key because my toddler is needing to use the restroom and I’m not going to have her pee herself SHES 3 !! Then that’s when he finally asks someone for a key still with that sorry attitude like come on man… 2 nice girls came to the restroom to try and help and open the door so thank you for that other than that this was truly a poor experience
