I'm trying to eat this teriyaki chicken, but it's impossible to digest!
Claudia had the best customer service today. She remade my food after waiting behind someone else for a long time.
Driving through and saw panda in a really nice building and we got here right when they opened on 12-7. The food was all from the night before you could tell was like warm, chow mein was mush all the veggies were soggy and clump together and are shrimp n chicken were crispy but in the way that u knew it was left overs and not fresh!! The employees were super nice and friendly!! Just need to be prep on how to make fresh food!!

We walked in at 10:11 and they had nothing. They close at 10:30. She was scraping the rice bowl they didn’t want to make more food.

Placed an order for crispy sesame beef and shrimp for an extra $1.49 and got orange chicken instead. I’ve been calling and no one is answering the phone. My fault for not checking my order because I just got off a 10 hr shift.
Orange chicken is literally one item I would never order. 😡😡😡

Most of the staff were very attentive and friendly. My broccoli was almost raw and the kung pao chicken had so many of the dried red chilies in it that the uncooked chili heat burned the back of my nostrils and was incredibly uncomfortable. I couldn’t eat it. The teriyaki chicken was tender, but parts of it looked slightly gray, and some of it didn’t taste quite so fresh. My friend had a guava mango tea, which she really enjoyed, and I had a peach flavored drink that was really quite good. I complained about the one dish that was too hot to eat and they offer me a replacement. Attention to detail could be had. The store was mostly clean, so that was a good thing.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but my recent visit to the Dallas location was disappointing. I tried to order the 3-entrée meal, but the server only gave me two entrées. When I politely asked about it, she seemed confused and acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. Instead of clarifying or fixing the order, she just set the meal on the counter and walked off, leaving me unsure what went wrong. I honestly don’t know what I could have done differently — I was clear about what I wanted. The food itself was fine, but the lack of communication and customer service really took away from the experience. To top it off, they seemed to be in a hurry to close… even though the restaurant wasn’t supposed to close for another hour. While eating my meal with my family, we watched the kitchen crew slip and sliding in sudsy water attempting to break down the kitchen while trying to handle what seemed to be an unexpected crowd of customers.

I walked in and was not even greeted. The lady in the front had zero personality and maybe I came in after the rush but nothing had been stocked. The chow mein looked and tasted dry, they were out of about 4 menu items, and the rice was under cooked.

Panda Express is always a solid choice when you’re craving quick, tasty Chinese-American food. The orange chicken is consistently the star — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and covered in that sweet, tangy glaze everyone loves. The fried rice and chow mein are both flavorful and filling, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.
The service is usually fast, and the staff keeps the line moving smoothly even during rush hours. The restaurant is generally clean, and the setup makes it easy to see all the dishes before you choose.
The only reason it’s not five stars is that the food can sometimes be a bit greasy or not as fresh if you come during slower hours. Still, when it’s made fresh, everything hits perfectly.
Overall, Panda Express delivers exactly what you expect — quick, satisfying comfort food with a little kick.

Awesome service and the most delicious food!! 😋 I'm rating 4 stars for food because there's always too much of that cabbage stuff in the chow mein noodles. Other than that, love it!

Overall I’ve had a good experience with this location. The food is ok for the price and the service is ok.
I recently ordered delivery from this location and my broccoli from the super green had mold on it.
Please be careful when eating here.

My food was hot and fresh off the grill. I went here on my lunch and even though it was busy, I was able to get my food very fast.
