I ordered take-out through the Panda Express website and the order never arrived despite saying delivered on the tracker. It then prompted me to call the store with my issue to which I was told - there was nothing they could do as it was delivered through Door Dash...Very frustrating. No food, no help and no refund. If the store can get me a refund I'll happily remove this review.

I just paid $9 for a bowl of white rice when I ordered String Bean Chicken. The guy literally gave a half of scoop.Please do better!!! This location makes wayyyyy too much money to short the portion. Yall have been warned.

We visited this Panda location on a Sunday and it was super busy. Unfortunately it was not a good experience first reason because the bowls we ordered were not filled to the top they were around 2/3 or even less with food. Second was that the line was very big and there was alot of loud spanish speaking people talking and watching videos very loudly. Also there was a lady screaming at the employees and demanding things very rudely. I felt very bad for the employees who have to deal with that type of behavior coming from a grown woman.
The food was ok. The staff except for the gentleman at the register was too busy and had the music up so loud you couldn’t hear in the restaurant. They kept it loud even after being asked to turn it down. Absolutely the worst location I’ve been to in Dallas!!

I have used UBER to deliver my food, and guess what they messed up my order again!! My second and last time I’m ordering here! I called and specifically asked to add condiments and nothing for the second time now! They also didn’t give me my fried rice in my plate. The first time I was just as upset but didn’t bother to complain. I’ve been skeptical about ordering from them again based on my last experience but decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. Quality wasn’t even great either. Panda has definitely gone down hill since a decade ago.
