Cathy or cat is what she told me her name is. Was very disrespectful she told me she doesn’t work for free when I politely said excuse me may I have a cup of ice. I was embarrassed completely due to the nature of how she rolled her eyes and turned her back to continue her conversation with guest at the bar. I am very disappointed in this behavior it does not represent the Panda Express brand at all. I don’t work for free, you shouldn’t be working here with traveled from around the world.

I just walked away with my order of teriyaki chicken and rice with no sauce on it. Really? It’s too late to go back and get some so my rice and chicken are completely dry and not enjoyable at all.
Food was nice except the fried rice is not cooked properly.
