I been ordering for years and I never had I such a bad exprince. I orderahead 30 mins ahead and I ended up waiting a hour. All the workers were to busy horseplaying and not making more food and the food tasted like nothing. Yall need improvement

Never coming back! Waited 10 minutes in drive thru(understandable)then asked to park by the front to wait for 5 minutes for fresh noodles and they would bring it out. 5 minutes turned into 17 minutes, no one came out employees attended to all the people coming into the store and left cars outside waiting! 3 people had to come inside for their food or they would of never brought it out.

I have been to this location a number of times, call me crazy, I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn’t.
- they have never gotten my order correct, we were missing an entire entree
- the orange chicken gave my wife food poisoning
- there have been roaches
- the employees were more interested in socializing than helping anyone waiting at the counter
- they skimp on the portions like it’s coming out of their paycheck

Do better.

The food was very fresh and good.
The one thing I would like to bring to people's attention is the ordering process in the drive through. It is automated. It expects you to only order a plate or bowl consisting of an entree and sides. If you want to order differently, it will tell you that you can't do that. At that point, tell it that you do not want a plate or bowl, that you want to order differently and a human should jump on right away to take your order. I am a vegetarian, and they do not offer a vegetarian plate or bowl any longer. I order only sides ( veggie spring rolls, rice, and power greens.) But you have to be able to order from a human.

I'm go here about 2 or 3 times a week and it's usually very good. I went really early today and I guess it was a mistake because the food was cold and it seemed like it was yesterday's chicken. Never had this happened to me here.

I been disappointed a few times by this location. White rice not being cooked properly one time. Line moves super slow cause they have young people working the drive thru. And now they messed up my oder and made me come back for a refund at a later time. To top it off, no manager on duty. Last time am coming to this location. 👎
