Bad Customer Service Silly Kids working here 12/5/25 when you see a black female standing in line to get food and skip me and wait on Spanish guy speaking your native tongue. I had to tell her it was my turn. The man that was Spanish apologize for her rude Customer service. Panda Express get another Server for food. She Clearly show Racisim!!!!

Being bullied to order more food and forced to pay is manipulation!!!
I clearly told her I want to panda bowls and an a 2 entree plate. Im with my kids were ordering i get to the register and told her I didn't order the three 2-entree plates!!!! This is absurd. I been coming here for years. These corporations trying to take every dollar we got is wrong.

Mrs. Sara does not know how to attend orders when they are for families of 3 or 4, first mark the dishes with what the client asks for and then fill them with the food but in the process, if more clients arrive, leave the orders of the families and start attending the individual ones, and that is not the right thing to do because the families have to wait for all the individual orders to leave first and then Sara finishes your order.

The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was outstanding Ms.Teresa helped me and my family 😊. We tried the new hot orange chicken and the dish did not disappoint! 🙂‍↕️Thank you 🙏🏼

Very unorganized. The line had plates piled up waiting for checkout. After waiting for the chow machine our food wasn’t the right one. And still missed the chili sauce.

Whoever the chef is actually made the spicy orange chicken spicy. It was absolutely delicious, and if I were to rate the spiciness, it'd be a 8/10 which is actually really spicy. The meat is 10/10. The chow mei was a bit bland, though. They give good portion sizes here as well. I highly recommend.

I come here everyday for lunch but this is my third time on this , To much veggie inside the chow mein lol just a few noodles the rest was coleslaw with bro ? Please stop serving the customers the leftover from the bowl give it to your employees not the customers that pay for fresh food .stop burning the shrimps!!!
