Been to this location multiple times and they have the worst customer service out of all the ones I’ve visited. So I’m finally leaving a review.No greeting upon entering, or anything in that nature EVER. Definitely do not treat customers like guests of their own, but more so gives off “I’m just here to make money. Here’s your order. Bye” vibes. Don’t blame them, more so the management not doing a great job training their staff.On this recent visit, I came in to redeem their orange chicken bowl. that’s it. as a promotion and they specifically had STEAMED RICE noted on the bag and the sticker on the Togo box and they STILL gave me fried rice. ? you all had one job, at least give the customer a heads up before they leave the restaurant? Tan, Hispanic male with glasses is the one who I interacted with.

I went here on march 2nd and I got food poisoning only thing I’ve ate I always order Beijing beef,grilled teriyaki chicken and chow mein food tasted way off and I didn’t think much of it the chicken was really gooey and the Beijing beef was really hard I been having crazy diarrhea,fever and stomach cramps never returning to that panda
