They limit the food as if you’re not already paying for it. All girls in the front are rude, never coming back again to this location customer service is the worst.
Delicious food hot and good portion for the price.
My first time going to the restaurant employee was really patient answering my questions and taking the time understand my order.

The worst panda in Dallas, placed a mobile order, when I arrived they said they couldn’t make my order because they were out of everything. They suggested I cancel my order but couldn’t tell me how to do it. Then they told me to dispute my $75 order with my bank. The employees were rude and were sitting on the floor instead of working, the manager didn’t want to even come to the window and forced the other employee to try to attempt to deal with the situation. This place is a joke along with the workers, save your time and money, they don’t even want to take your order here.

This is one of the worst Panda Express in the metroplex. I ordered our food online and when l got to the Drive through window to pick up the order … l was made to wait for a good 20 minutes and 5 cars later behind me. As l waited for my order to be ready l observed through the drive through window … the employees seemed to be entertaining/amusing themselves watching some security camera footage at the expense of waiting customers. The employees did not care that the line of cars was getting longer .Finally a manager came to the window and said they could not fill the items on the order…at this point l was already disgusted by the level of poor customer service , l told the manager to give me a refund and l drove off. Do not go to this location…it’s in a sketchy part of town and the employees operating there also appeared to be sketchy. The employees were busy goofing off in the background with no regard towards customers and getting paid to goof off. This location doesn’t deserve your money and l don’t think they care whether you spend it there. Don’t waste your time or money here … very incompetent , unprofessional, under managed, under supervised employees.

Terrible customer service. The person taking my order asked me to go to the window for my total. Employee at the window told me my total was 15.37. I look at my receipt which the employee had pulled out of the trash can. I told her I wasn't asked if I wanted to give a donation and I was charged for my 3rd entree separately. She said she couldn't do anything about the entree. She could give me the donation back but not refund me for the difference in the entree, it's only a few cents. I won't be going back there.

Placed my daughter's order.First,they said they weren't taking cash.Second,they waited until I pulled up to the window to let me know they were out of Chicken string beans,that It would take like 10 minutes to be ready.I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to wait.So they parked me and told me someone would come out to bring me my food.This was at 4:22 pm.Parked.10 minutes passed.I waited 5 more minutes because I saw how busy they were and maybe by then someone would come out to bring me my food.But no!!
Now I'm mad,And I'm not getting out of my vehicle either.Thats why we went to the drive thru in the first place.So I drive up to the window show (Jordan the cashier)my receipt and asked for my food. Acknowledge the situation, clearly he forgot about my order,because his face said it all.Asked to speak to the manager.He then said they weren't there.So I said,then give me their phone numbers.Then a gentleman approached me at the window and said he would make it up to me with a free soda.No I dont want a free soda.I want my money back.Thats when that same gentleman said he needed to speak to his manager.Mind you (Jordan)the cashier said the managers weren't there.SMH.Spoke to the manager, explained the situation, apologized and got my money back.Very nice young lady.
Never,have I had a bitter experience at this Panda Express Location.This was my first and will be my last.

Worst staff ever!
Not saying that their food is bad but man they mess up online orders so often! I order through Uber eats multiple times and each time they can never give me my order… the entire order is always wrong. I don’t know who’s in there giving the food out to the driver but they GOT to pay attention it’s happening too often.

Placed an online order on 10/12/2024, with a confirmed delivery time of 5:20 PM.
At 5:20 PM I receive an update stating that the order has been delayed to 5:50 PM.
at 6:07 PM, I receive an update that says the order has been cancelled, and that I should reach out to the local store to ascertain why.
I call the store 3 times, and get no response. A failure across the board!
This is the only Panda where the sauces taste different than the other locations.
