I don't eat meat so I want to get the beyond orange chicken. But everytime I walk up, they are always either out of it or just don't make it at all. I can tell because the bowl is clean. Not sure why they seem to never have it ready. It's frustrating for me because I do like it and am willing to pay the extra amount for it. I try to ask about why it's not there but no one ever gives me a straight answer.

We ordered the vegan orange chicken. They didn’t bother to replenish the food at all. Then why even have a vegan option? We waited for half an hour to get a simple entree. The worst experience. Even a restaurant would’ve served us faster. Disappointed. Never coming back.
Vegetarian options: Please don’t go here for the vegan chicken.

It is located in a tremendous open-air food court inside a large shopping mall. Panda is hot, fresh, fast, and friendly. It is located on the second floor of the shopping mall. Go around behind the mall and see the parking valet there—a flat fee of $9.00 to park as long as you like. Walk inside, go to the center of the mall, take the escalator upstairs, and walk on over to the mall's food court area. Panda Express is located there. Good food!

We usually get Panda Express at the mall because we can get our food quickly. This past week I was pleasantly surprised by excellent customer service from Terry, the manager. One doesn’t always expect great customer service with fast food, but he was outgoing, engaging and funny-all in a one minute interaction. Good food, excellent service!

Always check your receipt, the lady Alice at the register charges the bolws as plates (they are different containers and one is black and the other white) and when I complained to her she made a face and her response was: it is only USD 1.50, yes ma'am I know , but imagine 1.50 for each person
