First time coming to this Panda and I will continue to come during my lunch break! Food was quality and the service was exceptional. Yesenia made this experience unforgettable.
What stood out from Yesenia is how professional and poised she remained while taking an order from a disrespectful male customer. She handled that perfectly and to make it better she proceeded to greet me and the rest of the customers with a big radiant smile. Now that's customer service at its finest. Cause of that now this is my favorite Panda!!! 👊🏽

The food is always good taste,the service most of the time is good,but there is a cashier named Stephanie,she said my food was not ready but my food was there nest to her,she didn't care she was serving for another customers,until another employed told me this is your food,after long time. Is not a big deal but this is not a nice way to take care of the customers.

Terrible service. Don’t order online. I showed up and waited for my boxed up food to be put in a bag for 15 minutes while they served 20 other people ordering in store. When I asked about my food, I was told I would have to wait for the people ordering in store.

Horrible service never going back to this location, ordered online to pick up got there and was waiting for over 15 minutes to check the stutus on my order. The cashier completely ignored that I was there. Finally a lady came to ask what was the order on my name. I still waited for 20 more minutes and when my order was finally ready the cashier just put it behind her and started helping other people. I went up to the counter, the cashier ask for the name on my order and told me to wait and started checking out 5 more people. When she finally gave me my order she did not want to give me the drink I payed for stating that the order did not come with a drink. I know I was there during rush hour but the service was unnaceptable and the fact that I was not the only customer being ignored is unnaceptable.

Placed an Order at 8:25 pm and it said it would be ready by 8:55 but once I come in here my order is backed up and they hear me asking what about my order and the ladies just keep walking ignoring me, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place after 6 bc this ladies don’t have any respect towards customers at all….

Ordered food delievery here got the plate with 2 entres my orange chicken had no chicken and all there was were crumbles and the honey walnut shrimp had 4 shrimps total. So i paid $12 to get crumbles sauced with orange chicken and 4 shrimps. Its a scam. Avoid ordering from this place
