Food prep Leslie was pretty rude and rush us threw the line only getting half my order before moving on to other customers so I got what I had and left because she was rude and made me feel unwelcome and the honey chicken she said had been out a while but they wouldn’t make any more for me. I came hour and a half before they have to close and there was no kung pao chicken, no orange chicken and no walnut shrimp. I asked about it and "manager" Maika wasn't sure of what to say or do about it. Didn't even try to take care of the situation. She acted like everything was just ok and like not really caring. I understand if I had walked in few minutes before closing but it was hour and a half before closing time. I just left....

Every time I come to this location it takes between 30 to 40 minutes to leave with my order because they are always busy doing something else except serving the customer.If I order through the application so as not to wait and be in line, they still leave me waiting for up to 20 minutes even though the application gives you an estimated time to pick up and there is no order readyThere is no doubt that this location does not have customer service ?

For $15 How do you make something with heat, spices and ingredients and it taste worse than if it was raw.
